Love my new Bosch French door refrigerator,so far very nice fridge,only drawback I see is when closing the right hand door you have to make sure it's totally closed,gave to push a little harder than left hand door,other than that it's a great fridge

Absolutely love our Bosch refrigerator! Lots of room - and wonderful adjustable shelves. Lighting is fantastic. With connection to our home network I get notices of a door open for an extended period of time, which is very nice. Ice make is great and works very fast. Our expectations were low after the two horrible refrigerators we had prior to this Bosch. We are extremely happy with our purchase and would recommend this refrigerator.

Price was pretty good (open box). Considerably more room inside than previous refrigerator comparable exterior size. Quiet! Lighting is great.We like it.

I would give this a 5 star rating except for one annoying feature. You have to make sure that you fully close the French Doors. I have found that I thought a door was closed but was partially opened.

Great product, quiet, spacious and very well designed. Fridge is connected and provides alerts and notifications to let me know when ice bin is full or door is left open. App is easy to use and fridge is easy to configure. Very please with our purchase and goes nicely alongside the rest of my Bosch appliances.

POOR DESIGN & INEFFIECENT CONSISTENCY

DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL. WE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS FOR THE BEGINNING. THE ICE MAKER STOPS WORKING AND THE REPAIR COMPANY TAKES THREE DAYS TO COME OUT AND YOU HAVE EMPTY YOUR REFRIGERATER AND FREEZER FOR THEM TO WORKD ON IT. THIS IS THE WORSE PURCHASE I EVER MADE. I WILL NEVER BUY A BOSCH AGAIN! I FEEL RIPT OFF! DO NOT BUY THIS AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF HEADACHES!

The refrigerator is beautiful, easy to clean and keeps food nice and cold. Engineers should improve the way the doors close. They're often left ajar if you don't give them a little extra push when closing them.

Several design flaws encountered. There is no light near top of refrigeration space making it difficult to see items on upper shelf. Vegetable and coldcut draws only open partially as they run into shelves on doors. Within 6 months of purchasing unit the icemaker failed and had to be replaced under warranty. Not exactly the level of quality expected form a "premium" product manufacturer. Otherwise satisfied with unit.

This refrigerator is a perfect appliance from multiple aspects. The design is ergonomic, functional, and appealing. It is made of quality materials with attention to the details. The refrigerator is roomy, has special components for meet products and humidity control for vegetable bins. The shelves can be custom arranged. The ice maker is made of stainless steel parts. The water station is versatile and convenient. I just love to have such classy appliance serving long term.

We're really enjoying our new refrigerator. It is the quietest one we've ever had and we really like the shelf arrangement. It keeps a steady temperature in both the refrig and the freezer areas and even quietly beeps at us if we leave the door open too long. Well worth the money!

This is the best frig we have ever bought !! Quiet as a mouse too :) Be aware, however, it is taller then most.

Ice maker works like a champ!

We didn't want an "in the door" feature for the ice maker after the last product purchased from another manufacturer. Given the Bosch name and quality, we took a chance on this model. Very happy with our decision. No leaking down the front door and solid cube production. Love this refrigerator.

E2 Error - Multiple Time, Multiple Service Repairs

I bought this Bosch fridge to replace a failed LG model, attracted by the brand's reputation. Initially, it impressed with its quality and ice production. However, after a year, I encountered the E2 error, halting ice production. Thanks to a five-year warranty, the ice maker was replaced, but issues persisted, including overfilling and freezing. After multiple repairs, I enacted the lemon policy and received reimbursement. I wouldn’t recommend this unit. Go for the 800.

We had to buy a new fridge and looked at Bosch due to its reputation and recommendation from friends. Ice maker is great and looks slick. Fits perfectly in our predetermined spot.

I would not buy again

From day 1 there is a loud BUZZ sound coming from the fridge. This short BUZZ sound comes and goes every 30 seconds to a minute. It is so loud that we can hear it from another room. We contacted Bosch and had a repair person come out 3 times but said he could not repair it. We've been waiting now for a response from Bosch for over 3 weeks...We wanted a reliable fridge and that's why we went with Bosch but turns out we paid over price for a piece of junk...
