[Rewarded Review] First Look And My Heart Sank - Scratches!

Lets start out this way, this is a nice looking unit that has some very nice features. It even comes with a remote. Its large and moves a huge amount of air and would have fit into a 34” x 11” opening. I am glad that I had not gotten that far yet. Why because the face of this unit has four very deep scratches where the white vinyl protective tape was cut clean thru and into the stainless steel surfaces. This was not done when opening the box it went into the box that way. Why would someone send this out and think that I would give it a less than good review. I am really sad about this since I wanted this in our new kitchen.... Guess Not!!

Slick and modern design

Easy to operate, looks very modern. Touchless feature is very convenient to use especially when cooking and hands are dirty. The fan is a bit louder then expected but works strong.

Great customer service

The product itself looked great and installed easily. But I ended up having the same problems as many others where the touchscreen and sensor don't work. After contacting customer sevice and a couple emails, they where able to send me a new sensor and control and now everything works great. Great customer service but ok product.
