Painful Online Purchase Experience

I'm giving a 1-star review only because every TS reps I spoke with on the phone were genuinely helpful and tried to provide a solution, but I would have given a 0-star due to the fact it took over two weeks for Tractor Supply to concede that they were not going to be able to provide the products I had purchased because of an obvious supply issue. Do not sell me something if your vendor does not have it to ship, but if you do, notify me sooner than 16 days later. I'm annoyed at a minimum, but I will definitely never order online from Tractor Supply again and probably will not take a trip to the physical store either.

We put two of these under our patio three years ago. Those have worked very well so we decided to add another one outside.

Save yourself the hassle and always order a Hunter brand fan. They come with a simple balancing kit so your fan will never wobble.

Perfect for the settings. Beautiful fan light combo

Great fan.

Easy to install but I’d attach the light kit (sans bulbs & cover) before hanging the fan on its ceiling mount. A solid (except to allow the pull chains through) light shade would be best for outside to keep insects from nesting. The fan is quiet, smooth & strong the light is subdued but sufficient. The usual Hunter quality.

Terrible fan

The 52 inch Spring Mill is the worst fan Hunter ever produced - I just purchased 7 Hunter fans - unfortunately 3 were Springmill - next to impossible to get the light kit on the bottom - the small box is so packed w electronics you cannot insert the screws

Great fan, Low light

I like the fan and the look. The box included all the parts including spare parts, which I ended up using. The fan works great. The fan moves a lot more air than the last one I had in this area. The only issue I have with the fan is the light output. The fan came with Edison bulbs, which I love, however they a little dimmer then I would prefer.

Looks great in out patio

Nice looking fan. This fan is very powerful, you can feel the breeze way across the room. I had to purchase a 12 inch down-rod separately on the Hunter website due to my high angled ceilings. It was time consuming and bit of a pain to balance, but it came with a balancing kit. Love it!

Light brightness is too low

This fan light brightness is too low, Max 7w light can be use. 2 light bulbs come with its 4w. What a Junck!!!!!!!!!!

Great contemporary look and great features

Bought 3 of these for our under deck area. Great light and the cage keeps the grand kids from smashing the lights out while bouncing their balls and stuff. Great, clean look too. Love these!

Unfortunately it's defective, and even more unfortunate we didn't know that until after it was installed. A Master Electrician installed it, so this is not a DIY issue. Now I'm left to figure out how to exchange it and still get the sales price.

Very simple and works great!

VERY DISAPPOINTING AND LIGHT KIT IS AWFUL!

We probably should have returned this fan when we realized the problems it has. Unfortunately, after putting it up the added hassle of taking it down again just didn't seem worth it.
