The product was sold as new but it was an opened/returned product. The engine housing was scratched and the Styrofoam packing had been put back together with packing tape.

Beautiful fan that I will be putting up in my new shop house living/dining/kitchen area. I'd recommend 65" size as being more appropriate for 10' high ceilings as the fan is such a focal point and the larger size would be overwhelming unless one had a much higher ceiling.

I was a little concerned at first till I talked with a technician and she advised me that the fan needed to be completely assembled to work properly, once I had it assembled up in the air it worked great

Motor was defective. Paid 350.00 for an electrician to install it and then had to remove it.

I in love with this fan. Got it for our living room and it fits the space perfect and looks great with our modern farmhouse decor.

Excellent fan

We have a log cabin with a high peaked ceiling. I wanted a fan with remote control and that would complement the house without looking too woody. We love everything about the fan?the light which dims to many levels, the fan with multiple speeds and reverse mode and most of all the style. Our house needs to be updated from the 80's and this is a great start. I used the guidelines for drop length which for us was 72". It is perfect and improved airflow 1000-fold. We installed it about 3 months ago. No problems.

Remote Control Operation

The overall installation was very clean and straight-forward "EXCEPT" the Remote Control Receiver is very large and extreme tight fit within the upper canopy. Remote Control response is very slow and due to this, need to Press-and-Wait to see if the command took effect or not. I am keeping it because I do not make changes very often and set-and-forget...

I love my Minka fans. They integrate with my Google Home effortlessly. Easy to control with the remote, wall switch (optional), and phone app. They are quiet and move so much air. Highly recommend them. Easy to install as well.

This fan doesn’t only look great but the lighting and speed is wonderful.

It was an open box item that was supposed to be a brand new item. It even had the RMA label from the previous person who bought it. It is missing parts and the receiving head was broken. I will not be doing business with Wayfair any longer

East delivery. Looks great in our room and modern. It provides a ton of light for an otherwise very dark room. We thought we still would need lamps and more light but this fan provides enough light. It was expensive but worth it.
