Constant condensation on back wall of fridge

I was very disappointed to see that there is constant condensation that freezes and unfreezes on back of unit inside fridge section. Not happy with this at all.

Is it Fed EX or Lowe's???

7 dents on a 94 pound, counter depth, 7.4cf Danby refrigerator! Given the rough handling refrigerators get from Fed Ex, why does Lowe's hire them? Because apparently Lowe's doesn't care about the condition of refrigerators when they are delivered. Amazingly, there are dents up and down the refrigerator. None is very deep but they are all bends/bruises/crimps in the exterior material of the frig. This purchase is my first purchase of a major item from Lowe's. Will call and report this damage but don't expect a response that matters

The whole ordering process was so easy, we were very excited to receive our frig. Then the day of delivery was changed twice, then we were told it had been delivered and it wasn't there. It had been dropped off downstairs to another unit. So then we had to bring it all the way upstairs to our unit. Then when we go take it out of the box it's completely dented in the front. We called customer support and they told us we could ship it back, but we would have to bring it all the way back downstairs.

Very disappointing on-line shopping experience!

I received a brand new fridge that, upon openingbthe box, was dented in multiple places on the outside, most likely because the delivery was not completed the first time around. The FedEx delivery person thought the main door to the apartment building was locked (it wasn't) and sent it back to a holding company. It was, then, transferred to a second location before being redelivered to me a week later. Now, I have to send this new, dented fridge back to get another one. Who has time for this nonsense?!

Totally unhappy with service

Fridge arrived and delivery people dropped it and made a hasty departure. I took off the wrapping and discovered it was damaged..I contacted Wal Mart for return and they didn't respond. I called again and a person said he would handle it over the phone, he did not. I called again and this time a truck was dispatched, but the driver wouldn't accept the fridge because it was no longer wrapped. I have no way of wrapping the fridge and I am 81 years old and run out of patience. What are you going to do about this??

Interior spacing of shelves could be a little better. Freezer works really well.No frosting and defrosting and I like the placement of the thermostat.It's right in front of your face so you can adjust it easily.

poor design

after 1 month refrigerator portion became stuck in continuous defrost mode. power cycling didn't work and no button to get it out of that mode...freezer part worked like a champ though.

GARBAGE DO NOT BUY

The fridge was delivered very damaged trays are busted, there wet no broken pieces therefore it was shipped broken, still waiting to hear back from the seller after 3 days. Will add more pics but I reached my limit. DO NOT waste your time or money.

My Danby Apartment Size Refrigerator

I was so surprised how fast I received my Danby apartment size refrigerator. I ordered on Monday and here on Thursday. I chose it because of the more environmental safe refrigerant. It is a nice buy. My only con is the way the back wall always has water dripping. It is supposed to do that in order for it not to need a manual defrost as the freezer needs. I will get accustomed to it and it still is a neat frig for a smaller one.
