Once we finally received the product undamaged we did like the shower and the product seemed very sturdy and well made.

I wanted to like this shower, but two were delivered damaged. It appears to be a packing issue. Home Depot was great with the returns though.

This item does not exist. They just keep changing the delivery date. The least they could do would be to notify you sooner than the day before it's supposed to arrive. I could've built a custom shower by now.

Had a lot of hassle with the shipping and when it arrived it was damaged. The product was not trimmed out well at all. Locking tabs needed cleaned out a lot. Would need to open product in store before purchasing from this manufacturer ever again. Very disappointing.

Nice shower

Well packaged, no damage, solid base. Side panels look nice, have simple pattern. Have no installed yet. Needed 42 inch for my bathroom size.

Product was good. Delivery company sucked. Tried hiding damaged boxes behind others.

5th time is the charm

I order this unit 5 times and finally got one that was usable. The packaging from the manufacturer is inadequate and the handling between the factory and the store must be brutal. Broken corners, cracked shelves, forklift holes in the boxes. One of the panels wasn’t even covered by a box, it was taped to what was left of the box. The panels didn’t fit properly and required sanding to clean up the “flashing” in the pivot at the top and along the edges to mate correctly.

This shower began to crack, badly, around the shelving within 3 weeks of installation. Each shelf was only holding 1 standard sized bottle of shower supplies (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) so there is absolutely no reason for it to crack. We contacted about warranty and were told that, once installed, there was nothing they could do. This is possibly the worst purchase I have ever made. We only bought it because it was the only shower we could find to fit the needed measurements of our 3 walled alcove. The worst part is that, because we can't find another shower kit to fit in the alcove, we are stuck trying to patch these cracks or buying another of the same, which we certainly won't do.

My shower came early no damage, the only thing i have to say is you might have to do alittle trimming on the back panel groove where the side panels connect to get them to fit correctly other than that im completely happy with my purchase

I bought this for a roughed in shower stall. I was told by a plumber that it was a center drain, but the drain was off center and it couldn't be moved, so it wouldn't work. It is a shame because it was beautiful.

The product is good, we all prepared all necessary rough-in and base on the specification it is easy to install. But my disappointment is when we open the box the endwall piece have a cracked on it. We have to drive back to home depot for an hour where pick up the product for an exchange but this is a special measurement and still waiting for the response, Hoping there is a teplacement for it cause everything is ready.
