I have been eyeing this lamp for a while and finally got it, it’s pretty nice quality except for the fact that it’s a bit on the wobbly side, also, the top has a circle where it seems like paint piled? I don’t know what to make of it. Over all, though I like it.

Except for the packaging arriving damaged the interior of the book yielded a classic, rubbed brass pharmacy lamp. Very beautifully made and a great addition to our small library.
Serious quality problems
Terrible quality. Finish poorly applied, flimsy switch, connection of lamp head to arm was. difficult to assemble, and now lamp head has collapsed. Lumens replace the initial purchase without question, but now I'm having problems with the replacement. Disappointed because have otherwise had good luck with VC. Something went very wrong here, though. Zero stars.
Love the Lamp - Shipping, Not so much
Bought the lamp and it's what we wanted. Is not shiny like in the photo. Looks to have been in stock a long time maybe. Packaging was not sealed and when we opened, it appeared it could be missing items. Fortunately they were all there... but unnerving and made me wonder about buying from Lumens. That's why the 4 star rating.

Virtual Comfort is aways a quality purchase. This lamp is made very well. All components look and are great together. The different choices for height works well. The lamp is a well made classic. As well as the lamp is made, I dropped a turn buckle as I was putting the lamp together. It did dent the floor base, which surprised me greatly.
