Lovely pot

We love this pot, heats quickly,looks gorgeous and the infuser is awesome. Never had 1 before didn't know what we were missing. The glass pot makes cleaning a snap. Definitely recommend.

Not so good for brewing coffee and tea

I was expecting a smaller version of this kettle and thought the strainer inside the kettle would do a better job of brewing a single cup of coffee as it was advertised to do. Oh well at least it heats up the water nicely

Tea holder that refuses to hold in place.

Every time I attempt the set up (you have to boil it a certain amount of times before use) I put my loose leaf tea holder in there - attached to the lid as it’s supposed to be. But the moment I click the lid shut, the flimsy little things that are supposed to hold the holder in place - fall off so everything is just floating in the kettle. Very annoying because it does it every time. Will have to glue it to the lid so it doesn’t keep falling apart.
