Pan Comparison

Love the large, flat surface area of this pan. It heats evenly. However, compared to my sauté pan and large fry pan the quality is inferior. It seems like a second because it arrived with scratches, stains and only the invoice, no care or use instructions. I have to rewash it with Barkeepers Friend after removing it from the dishwasher, not so with my other ALLCLAD pans.

Pathetic customer service , quality is going down

Your site offers 10% off purchase. When it did not work , I called customer service. I was told that , that was not their dept.So they did not know what it said , but they were able to tell me all of the exclusions , NONE of this info is on the site . I’ve used these pans for years and given as gift. However , I’m through . 10% is so small in comparison to what your pans cost, its principle , I should have been given discount and you should at least be acceptable and act like you care . It’s YOUR products how do you not know what the site says !!!

Great features

I bought this a few weeks ago, it's beautiful like all your pieces but was so disappointed in the height of the pan. Everything about the pan is perfect except for the height. I have one more piece to complete my set. Do you have one a little higher?

Does not feel like an all-clad product

I expected the pot to be heavy and thick. However diappointed. Its light and thin.

Mother of All Pans

I gave the rating of 3 on the 6 quart pan because, as with all the All Clad brand, the quality of the product is excellent. However, I didn’t realize it was going to be so much rounder than it is tall. Hence, it doesn’t fit on the stovetop burner very well. But the worst part is the clean up. Maybe it’s a learning curve on finding the right amount of oil and the right heat, but I haven’t found a way to keep food from adhering to the pan thus adding a lot of time to my cleaning process. I considered returning the pan but just didn’t want to deal with the hassle.

Best in cookware

Awesome mother of all pans! Love it. Can cook large amounts of food evenly without having to do batches. The two handles make it easy to move around and or drain. Only wish is that it had higher sides…so you could put a whole chicken or roast or casserole with all the trimmings in one pan. But until then, it’s the best! Cleans up easily with Bar Keepers Friend, soap and water with gleaming results. Will last forever! Very proud to own it. BTW, all my cookware is Allclad with the exception of two nonstick skillets and a grill pan.

While I expected to like this stainless steel pan from the quality alone that comes with the All-Clad name, the D3 7 quart Sunday Supper Pan truly blew my expectations away. I absolutely LOVE everything about this pan. From the versatility afforded by an all-metal pan that can go from stovetop to oven to table, lid included, to the handles that stay cooler to the touch, to the beautifully finished stainless steel that is incredibly nonstick, both during cooking and cleanup, for a pan that ISN’T “nonstick”… there’s nothing that I don’t like about this lovely pan. In fact, the ONLY thing I can’t cook well in this large and lidded pan by All-Clad is pancakes. That’s it: pancakes. I don’t know why because I can cook perfectly acceptable pancakes otherwise, but in this one, it just ain’t happening. It’s gotten to the point that if I can’t cook it in this pan, I don’t want to cook it at all. And now I want all the things; an entire set of pans by All-Clad is now the goal. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.

It's like having super power in your hand

I've always loved All Clad. As the kids left home and brought their family for dinners, I just needed something more. This pan makes cooking for bigger crowd easier. The All Clad quality is makes cleaning up easy and well, maybe my cooking better?

The best addition to my kitchen arsenal!

So happy to finally have the Mother of All Pans in my kitchen! I cook large amounts of food for my 3 sons and 96 year old dad so it’s perfect for a variety of dishes. Always enough room and it performs well. Clean up is also a breeze. Treat yourself if you’re in the fence!
