So far so good. We have been using it for a few months at this point. Everything works as it should. I'm a little concerned about the closing mechanism because there isn't a handle that you have to squeeze to open the door, it just pulls. This may be a non-issue but I feel it may become loose with age. Sometimes the dishes are a little damp when it's finished but it's not a deal breaker.

Noisy.

This unit it's quite noisy. It's certainly does not seem durable as it is extremely lightweight. Not entirely happy with the purchase.

We purchased this a few months ago and have been nothing but pleased. For a basic little machine it is wonderful. I would say my only minor complaint would be the rack dividers in the bottom don't see to accommodate the plates we use and it can cause them to lean instead of staying upright. Truly minor, but could be annoying to some more than it is to me.

The dishwasher has worked wonderfully and the instructions were clear enough that I installed it myself. My only criticism regards the motor. It functioned for one wash and was then nonfunctional. I am giving it five stores due to the warranty service that Amana accomplished with no hassle at all. I work in manufacturing, so I know how sometimes things happen during the processes. I'm impressed with the customer service, recovery, and how the dishwasher now functions. Especially for the price point.

I have had this for six months and should have returned it. The dishes come out DIRTY and WET, the heated boost does not work. This Amana runs in bursts of a few seconds on and a few seconds off, which means half the time its doing nothing. The inside plastic and racks always has a greasy film on everything. I have used every different type of dishwasher detergent\pellet\powder\dry pod\gel\hard water specific and a few different drying liquid brands. My child told me YUK this thing is useless.

We needed a new dishwasher. We went to Lowes. We found this Amana dishwasher on sales. no stainless steel tub but just fibreglass. it has all of the controls in front instead of hidden up above which we like. It cleans very well and was a great deal for us.

Intermittent leak-manufacturer NO help

Had HD install- 2 mos. later noticed cupping on oak floor near machine and then water pooling underneath.HD helped connect us to the manufacturer. After three Service calls, they could not find the issue and basically said you’re on your own. They refused to replace the machine…. Said read your #Warranty…
