The toilets we ordered arrived broken. When we re-ordered, we still received broken parts. In the end, due to time constraints, we re-ordered toilets from a regular plumbing supplier.

Everything was perfect, the order, the shipping, the price... until I went to install and found out the handle was snapped off inside the box. Until I get a replacement, the screwdriver is my handle.

Fits perfect

I ordered a toilet and

I ordered a toilet and it came very quickly but it was smashed. They did send me out a second toilet and that one also came quickly. The only problem was that one was smashed too. They did refund my money . If they could use a different shipping service I’d try using them again.

Read it was a 14in rough in size, but the toilet that came was actually a 12in. Was unable to return to wayfair….

Behold! The unbroken 14-inch rough in toilet! The first toilet’s base arrived broken, and not well packaged. I called Wayfair, and they immediately sent out a whole new toilet, even though the tank arrived unscathed. I was really nervous about the second one arriving broken as this was the very last key to the bathroom remodel, and I am ready to have my bathroom back. Luckily, they packaged the second base a lot better, and I also was able to manage being outside when the FedEx driver pulled up, to make sure he treated it well, which he did. Also, when the plumber was installing this toilet, he mentioned that the Cadet Pro is the toilet he recommends to people, so that felt good knowing I bought a decent one. I just bought the cheapest 14 inch rough in I could find!

Unfortunately second time is not the charm. Both toilets arrived broken again. Packing very light. They just didn’t have a chance.

Can’t believe I’m saying this, but love this toilet.

Nice and compact one piece Cadet

Great toilet but kind of noisy as water flushes likely due to large volume rush of water from the tank. Certainly like the large water surface area in the bowel.

Weve had this toilet for almost 1 full year now and have ZERO complaints, its easy to clean, a great height. Would definitely buy again.

Great Toliet!

Our plumber recommended the Cadet toilet to replace another brand name toilet we had that continued to leak despite replacing the seal several times. So far we're very happy with our new toilet, the way it flushes, and it's so easy to keep clean.

It's hard to find a 14" rough-in toilet in the stores and I was thrilled to have found one through my favorite online store. Thank you Wayfair!

Claims to be 14" rough in, no way. Maybe 13". Bad marketing!

Awesome Toilet

This Toilet is awesome. I bought it 10 months ago and it is working perfectly. The height is great. It stays really clean. I clean it once a month and that is only because I fill I need to clean it even when it does not look that is needed. The flush is great and do the work without waiting a lot of water. I will buy another one for my master bathroom.

Does the job. My 6'6" husband appreciated the extra height.

Hard to find 14" offset toilets. Shipped and arrived in less than a week.

Perfect! We spent months looking for a toilet with a 14 inch rough in and had a lot of trouble finding anything let alone anything at a reasonable price. This toilet had the rough in we needed and was reasonably priced. Great replacement.

Sits too far away from the wall

Says it's a 14 inch rough in but it sits well over an inch with the lid on and about 2 inches without the lid. Called and they said it was supposed to be this far away. Looks awkward.

Looks nice, but maybe a little sticky

I bought this toilet a year ago, it looks nice, fits well with the 14 inch rough in. I love the height. My only complaint is that I think it is a little sticky. It needs to be wiped frequently compared to our upstairs toilet which is a round bowl.
