Piece of crap - do not buy

I purchased this item from another well known retailer and ended up with a toilet nightmare. The toilet manufacturer blames the pressure assist system manufacturer. The pressure assist system manufacturer blames the toilet manufacturer. All I know is the thing has never flushed fully. I spent hours on the phone, and even got them to send me a new unit and it still does not work. I have another American Standard / Ecoflush unit that does work, so it is clearly a defective model. DO NOT BUY THIS NIGHTMARE.

Great find! The rear discharge replacement was difficult to find. Especially with higher seat, and sitting on floor. The power flush is fast and thorough! Alas, the first ordered arrived broken … with shattered porcelain leaking through the corner of the box. We refused it. Wayfair was wonderful - they immediately ordered a replacement which arrived in pristine shape! Thank you!! Very pleased!

Toilet Nice Height, Bad flush

This toiltet is great for seniors for the height and is built well but the flush is terrible. It takes two or three times to flush -the water flows back up even holding the flush knob down. I wouldn't recomment this- seems wasteful.

Do not waste your money

I have purchased 6 American standard toilets 6 bath tubs and 6 sinks. I've had nothing but headaches and Company will not help you. Do yourself a favor and choose another brand.

Wonderful Item

Easy to install and for a low water flushes just great. Should be simple to replace flushing mechanism if need to in the future.
