Was surprised about how easy the knob was to install! Very happy with the finish too!

This set looked very attractive, is well made and should last a long time. My only criticism is that there was a step that wasn’t in the printed instructions that I needed to go online to find - the doorknob had to be taken off and adjusted so that the knob can lock from outside with a key. It still won’t lock from the inside.

After putting in the lock set the dead bolt was broke had to remove the lock set return go home and start over

I had lever handles on my back patio french doors. My dog had eventually figured out how to open the lever handle and let herself out at least 20 times a day. Mind you she is good at opening the door but not so good at closing it behind herself. Ultimately we had to change to a standard knob. She is not happy with us but we are thrilled that our dog isn't running loose through the neighborhood!

I was replacing an existing doorknob and deadbolt so it literally only took a couple minutes to get my new set installed and it looks great. I also love the fact that when locked, you can open the door without unlocking it first for a quick exit.

This brand is unique. You can unlock the door by twisting the knob on the inside of the door. I thought something was wrong with my lock (recently moved and thought the lock was jammed) so bought the same brand lock to replace it. Long story short, that's when I learned about the unique feature this lock brand offers. I am happy I bought the deadbolt set because it lightens my paranoria around whether or not the door is actually locked.

We built our home 32 years ago and the front entry door was starting to stick. We were happy to see we could still match up the door knob and handle perfectly and the best part was we were able to rekey the lock to match our old locks.
