Awesome product works very well

This can only be described as junk. After a very expensive installation it worked for about 3 weeks. The question now is, do I try another one or forget the whole thing. Right now I’m leaning toward the latter. The Home Depot answer was bring it in and we will order you another one.

currently have this set at medium and its a boss. i have to add more cold water to make it manageable.Do a test before placing entire body under shower.

This 3.5 kW tankless electric water heater is extremely compact and was easy to install. Unfortunately I am waiting for my electrician to wire it up for me. I installed this unit under my sink in my outdoor kitchen which only had a cold water connection. I’m super excited and can’t wait to have hot water flowing while I’m outside cooking. This product is super cool, affordable and again very compact. I look forward to the summer cookouts

very compact---almost too compact---easy to install---temperature regulation for shower is not good---HI TEMP limit kicks out and water goes COLD then 5 seconds later HOT comes back

This is a great little tankless water heater. For homes, RVs, cabins or anywhere else that you may need warm or hot water this will definitely do the trick!

Repeat customer here, with 3 on use currently at my rentals. They have worked perfect for 2 years now. I keep coming back for more and always refer this one. It heats a shower super great! Can get too hot! Holds up. Not leaky. Easy to install. Compact. Can't complain.

Not recommended! Not reliable!

This water heater is great...when it works! When I first installed it, the pressure relief valve had some kind of debris in it causing a flow restriction. I contacted the Atmore Co and they sent a new valve. The heater works much better, but it keeps tripping the internal circuit breakers. This happens about every other time I want hot water! Not reliable source of hot water. Not recommended!

No Good

Waited to long to install does not work period! No refund because it laid here over 90 days. I have doubts if this thing will pass building inspector since fittings are plastic and pressure relief vale is plastic, HD employee told me he would not install this and he has 27 years experience

Nope! Notta! Don't do it!

Purchases the smaller version for a single sink and works nicely so when needed a larger one for a Shower purchased this one. After a few uses of good use the next one was scolding Hot then cold when turned on! Called customer service for no hot water. Was told it has 3 internal breaker switches. You have to remove the cover locate the micro switches and press each one. Fixed it for a bit perhaps 3 more uses then those internal breakers went off again. Bottom line the main 60 amp breaker has never tripped but these internal ones stay tripped with no untripping them and it is 5 days out of there 2 year warranty. This was used maybe 20 times! Look for better heater than this one!

HOT HOT HOT!

Easy installation and great quality! Hot water comes really fast and stays hot. I run only one shower.. but while using the shower and sink, the hot water never cut out. It's really good so far!

Perfect for what I needed

Just finished the install and it works well! It is in my barn house, size was perfect as I do not have a lot of space. Hookup to the panel was easy. And I also liked that it came with a Pressure safety device – saved me from having to buy one. It’s working great.

save your money

Save your money - I have bought 2 of these in 4 years - only heats when it wants to. Many times it runs for 20 minutes and still has only cold water. I am going to go back to a regular electric water heater. They stop heating as soon as the warranty runs out.

I think this heater is going to work out just fine. Since it depends on the volume of water and the temperature of the incoming water you have to learn to adjust the flow for the temp. you want.

I haven't been able to make this heater operate a shower, which is what I bought it for. Every time I throttle back the water flow to get the water hot enough for comfort, the heater shuts down and I freeze. This might be OK for other hot water applications, but not a shower.

Purchased this water heater for a bathroom in my barn/shop. Delivery was very quick. Installation was not difficult. Works fine so far for the sink. I have not used the shower yet.

Just recently received this tankless water heater by ATMOR. It is a 13000 Watt and 240 volt heater which includes a pressure relief valve The Continuous Flow of hot water activates with water flow and unlike gas water heaters you can install this just about anywhere as it requires no venting. It does however require a 60 amp double pole dedicated breaker and a 240-volt connection. Also required are standard half inch straight thread water connectors. This water heater can also be installed indoors or out. It has four settings, off, low, medium and high. The hardest part is going to be drilling through your house and adding the number 10 wire from the fuse box to the heater. The great part is going to be not having to waste water while waiting for actual hot water to come out of your faucet! Fortunately my partner is in construction and can do all of the plumbing , drilling and wiring. You may have to hire someone to do all that for you. Overall, it's a yes from me.

The ATMOR 13,000 Watt/240-Volt 2.25 GPM Electric Tankless Water Heater Includes Pressure Relief Device, Ideal for a Full Bathroom appears to be exactly what it is titled it you look at the front side of the box only. Either your bathroom needs to already have multiple specifications before installing this unit, or you'll need an electrician to complete all of the necessary adjustments so that this will work (it needs its own outlet, must be at least 240v, and if that isn't already in your bathroom, you'll also have to make changes to your circuit breaker so that the newly installed outlet can handle it).
