It drain lots of water & hardware is not included

Aircon is ok, but it drain a lot of water in my bucket within 8 hours.

Missing parts

It came and im missing all the hardware screws. Im vert dissatisfied since it said the window slider kit would be included and the hardware for it is not.

air conditioner arrived without any foam pieces,no assembly screws, and no manuals.Also, no remote even though it said with remote in the description. Very dissatisfied.

Missing Pieces

I received this today and everything is missing, all the screws, foam seals, just everything to properly install I'm having to use duct tape this is ridiculous.

Never buy AUX

AUX has no tech support and they do not stand behind the warranty. If the unit does not work, you are just out of luck and $$$.

Ok, but broken on arrival

I needed something quick, so I looked for the cheapest thing I could buy on payments, and this unit came up. It’s OK, but it arrived damaged. I didn’t want to refund it because I need it, but I would like some sort of a rebate or discount, because it was broken.

This AC unit blows really really cold air. have it set up in the master for those hot summer days and it has drastically lowered the AC bill (AC unit is a little older). i think the best part of this thing is SUPER easy to setup and with the remote its easier then ever to turn on / off. ive also had units in the past where emptying the dehumidifyer is wonky and uneasy, but not this thing. easily can keep the master cold at night and super easy to ramp up and use with easy to complete setup

[Rewarded Review] Great Air Conditioner!

I was so surprised by how quiet this is! We have had many fans that were louder than this air conditioner. It has a nice and simple design, it is not too big, and comes with a remote control. The wheels on the bottom allow it roll really smooth and easy. Getting it put together and ready to use was a breeze and took about 5 minutes. It is worth noting that the exhaust hose does get a little warm after a few minutes, so that may be something to kind of keep an eye on. It gets really cold and has a powerful fan. You can feel the cold air pretty strong a couple of feet in front of it. This portable air conditioner cools down a room surprisingly fast. It is exactly what we needed and we love it.

This has been a god send. We put it upstairs to help cool the rest of our house.Easier to install than I thought it would be. I love the fact its on wheels makes it so easy for me to move it around.Cools the room down so fast! Bonus is the dehumidifier.Seriously who does need that.

I been shopping for a portable air conditioner since I live in south Louisiana and the height of hurricane season is about to start. I wanted one that blows cold and small enough to save in my closet when it is not needed. The AuxAc was the perfect size. I decided last night I was going to try it out just to see and installation was so easy. Just open up window put the window guard and put exhaust hose in the window guard. I turned off my central ac and my room was the perfect temperature this morning.
