[Rewarded Review] Loud

The cooler functions as described. However, the cooler is very loud when dispensing any temperature water. I wonder if something is wrong with it. I'm considering returning it.

Stopped working after a year

This worked great for a year. We contacted the company and they said for us to replace the filter. We bought a new pump and it arrived damaged. They sent a second one and we installed it and it worked for less than a day. Don’t waste your money on this brand.

The Product itself looked good and was great for about 2 weeks, and then it sprung a leak in the small housing that the hose connects to in the bottom of the unit that supplies the water to the dispenser above and that area was not touched after installing the bottle. Looked for cracks did not see anything, so just returned it and bought a different brand.

Sleek design, easy bottom load. Arrived with a small dent in the access door and the cold water doesn’t dispense as cold as my prior top load unit.

Failed three months from the date of purchase

The unit looked good and performed well up until the chiller thermostat broke, 13 months from the date of delivery. Their service organization got right back with me and helped me unfreeze the unit, the incident happened again in two days and they couldn't help. I am now looking for a new unit from a competitive company. Note, like many of the reviews here, we were happy customers with the unit and would have given it a great review, up until it failed 13 months from the time of delivery.

[Rewarded Review] Wrong Item

Order super delayed. I have left arm and hand disability and I struggle to open the box just to find out it was wrong item. I immediately started a conversation with a Best Buy support and still no help. Now I have to spend time and gas to return item to a nearby UPS or Best Buy. Very disappointed and very frustrating.

Why did you send the blk one?

I ordered the white and they sent me the blk one?? The customer service number help os a joke. The man said sorry and that he could NOT send me the white one. What?? You made the mistake, not me. Horrible service a joke of a store. Now I have to return this huge box and I wont get what I ordered
