Great functioning cooler however it arrived damaged with many dents. Wayfair did a great job refunding our account. 

very Hot %26 Cold water

It only gets a 3 due to it's base costing $70. In my situation (kitchen joined in living room) a shorter cooler is better and more discreet. The water is very hot and very cold. I'd run about 5-10 gallons before using it for the first time to get the plastic taste out of the tube. It's quiet and always seens to be maintaining the water at the proper temperature.

purchase this and it didn't work out, still brand new in the box and way fair is not accepting return for it. do not buy from this company.

So Far....Disappointed!!

This had great reviews, and is a nice looking, good quality dispenser. Love the sleek look, bottom loading and 3 temperature settings. However.......I have had it for less than 2 months and it won't stay cold!! I have to turn it off and back on to get the temperature to re-regulate. Will be returning.....Hopefully I just got a bad one. We shall see~Will update review accordingly.

I was desperately shopping for one in stock but was not available at Walmart. Went to Home Depot %26 they don’t stock any. Checked different websites %26 found Walmart had one priced in my budget. Placed order, delivered before expected date. It was a win situation for me. Love Walmart!

Bad experience

Order never received and had to call customer service so many times and no help will never buy again from walmart I would not recommend to anyone amazon is alot better experience and help

Damage item received

I was so excited to receive and open this but Surprise! It came damaged and dented now have you take time from my day to return this heavy thing such of inconvenience because Walmart didn’t do the job right

Came in damaged front door is caved in

wanted to get this up and running asap, arrived on Saturday, neighbor put in garage, I was out of state and got it today 6/3/2024 opened the box and found damage to the unit want to have another sent and I will return this

I love the water dispenser the issue is that it arrived dented in several areas and being stainless steal it is very noticeable. I believe I will be returning it.

Never received the order

well, the item was supposed to arrive 3 days ago. After waiting 2 weeks, i never received it , so i ended up canceling the order and ordered from amazon instead.

So glad that I invested in this. Definitely worth the money.

First time buying a water dispenser and I love it. The stainless steel gives it a sleek look. With 3 different water temperatures to choose from is great. Water comes out perfect every time. With only cleaning it once every six months is awesome and way to do. It does a self clean and notifies with a light that water need to be changed.

This is my first bottom load cooler. I gave up on the top loading because they always want to leak. My most recent one just damaged a new kitchen floor...didn't know it was leaking at the back end. I wasn't willing to overspend on a water cooler, so I had to research carefully before deciding on this one. This one had the best reviews that seemed like they were written by actual users and not part of a promotion. Was easy to set up, very nice looking and the best part......so easy to replace the water. I always dreaded doing the refills but this is so easy, I don't mind at all anymore. The instruction booklet wasn't much help on how to connect the water probe, especially since I was using the smaller three gallon bottle. I had to look on YouTube for a user review. Also, it is a little loud when you use water and it has to refill the chamber, but that's only while it's refilling. Overall, very happy with this cooler!

This water purifier is convenient, durable, has been used for 3 years without any problems, cools or heats ok, has a filter core directly inside, no need to change the water tank.

Very nice looking cooler. Sleek design, After 2 failed attempts of purchasing a working water cooler, I’m finally satisfied. Cold water to quench my thirst hot water to make tea at the press of a button. I’m happy so far. Thank you Avalon!
