Water dispenser

It only took a week before it was shipped! Now that I have used it! The compressor is very noisy and loud.

Good for what it’s supposed to do (dispense room temp and cold water). Came with 4 extra plastic. “feet” to balance it, but none of them fit on the bottom. Of the 4 holes where the plastic feet go, one hole had a permanent rubber foot installed so the plastic one’s were no good. Instruction manual also said it comes with a side mount cup holder, to which there was none in the box. My cooler currently sits slightly unbalanced on a concrete floor. Luckily I’m the only one that uses it so I don’t have to explain to anyone why it wobbles.

OK For the Price

I bought this to replace our cooler that quit working after daily use for several years. This one is ok, but it seems to me like the cold water doesn't get as cold as we were accustomed to with the other one. I was also surprised at how little it weighed when it arrived. But for the low price, I will make due with it.

The mouth of the dispenser needs a better seal. Other than that it’s not bad for the price.

Lasted 38 days

It worked fine while it worked. Started leaking yesterday - 38 days from delivery. about 35 days of actual use. After lunch yesterday, I came back to 5 gallons of water on the floor. I have to call a clean up service for the office. Our carpet is soaked. Do not recommend.

Perfect for What We Need

Does everything you want a water cooler to do. Cools the water and dispenses without worry of puddles or leakage. Great price for the product, local places were looking to charge us 200 to 300 for the same thing.

I really enjoy owning my own water cooler can have hot or cold water immediately.

It's leaking water woke up and found the water half empty all over the kitchen!!!

Don't buy!

We have had two of these in less than 1 month. First one arrived with the casing cracked straight out of the (undamaged) box. Second one appeared fine, but started to leak within 3 weeks of being used. Since this was outside the 14 day return period for Staples, I now have to contact the manufacturer directly

A Bad Water Cooler

If you judge a Water Cooler by its ability to serve cool water, you will be disappointed. You can barely tell the difference between the "Regular" and "Cold" sides. It is a very lame product that should be advertised as an "Electric Water Bottle Dispenser". I have taken using it to fill a water glass, and then put it in the refrigerator to chill the water. Yes, I know that it's a ridiculous process, don't purchase the Avanti and expect cold water.
