Love it. But does it last

I bought one and it literally started on fire when I plugged it in. They sent me a new one, no questions asked. I love it so much. I have had it a few years and it recently started leaking. I don’t know from where and I’m afraid to take it apart. Has anyone else had this issue and is it easily fixed. It has been an extreme gem besides this.

I had one before. It lasted about two years. Compressor was still good. Spigot broke and I messed it up when I was removing. Should have been an easy fix. I got another because I was so happy with the first one.

Difficult to Refill

Having to remove the bottle cap is not a convenient feature. This isn't necessary with some coolers - you just need to remove the label. When inserting the bottle with this one you spill a lot of water and create clean-up for yourself. If I had known I would have chosen another item.

Is a lot shorter than I thought it would be, but that's okay it's easier to get the jug on top. Water isn't quite as cold as I'd like but it works.

The cold water is fine, but the hot water only reaches 162 degrees.

It's a water cooler/dispenser. I don't use the hot or cold features, but they do work. Great "bubbler".

The flow is very very slow!

I did not like the flow of water ..it is very slow..it took 2 1/2 minutes to fill a quart container. I have to pull up a chair to fill things cause it hurts my back to be bent over like that. NOT happy with it..just put up with it.

Water is cool not cold

Overall,the water dispenser is ok but the water is not cold, just cool. It's winter here so tap water is colder than the dispenser. But, for the cost of the other coolers, I'll take cool water over paying hundreds of $$ for a colder water model.

A little small but we made a shelf for it in our lobby. Works great and does the job!
