Bad.

I wanted to love this… but the one star reviews are accurate. Very little suction and it sprays backwards at your hand on the handle when trying to spray.

No suction

This machine has no suction. I went over the same small spot on my rug for half an hour and it was still soaking wet and stained. I tried doing my couch and the bristles destroyed the fabric. My couch is now ruined and it didn’t clean a thing. There was hardly any dirty water in the tank after using all of the clean water.

Works really well

Cleaned my furniture really well! Super easy to use and portable.

Disappointed

It didn’t clean that well - still had to go out and rent one to clean stairs and area carpet - after 3 swipes still looked dirty

The suction was not strong enough at all! I used all of the clean water and barely had any dirty water collected. I will be returning

Used

I bought it and it was already used. It literally had dirty water in it and the solution bottle had a silt in the bottom. It leaked all over my clothes and carpet. The box was completely taped closed.

Cleans carpets and furniture

Quickly cleaned carpets that had last had a professional cleaning 24 months ago. Yes, you have to refill / empty it often. But, cleaned better than our consumer-grade upright extractor.

Sprayer Leak but still good

Works pretty well but leaks from sprayer area. Many other reviews say the same. It still works, but the spraying mechanism is not as effective as at least half of It is just dripping out.

Not worth buying

The attachment head leaks when you try to spray. It also does not have enough suction power. Definitely a waste of money

Great little machine

My dog has become incontinent due to a bladder tumor. I bought this a week ago and have used it about10 xs. I keep it filled and ready to go. Better than using paper towels! Works great, easy to use, good suction and gets the stains out!

Amazing!

Got my carpet to look better than new. Well worth the investment from just this first cleaning. Now onto the cars...

Broken after 4 months.

Used a few times and went to use it recently and it is not working anymore. Bought in June.. making it 4 months of light. Very disappointed. Not the cheapest item either.

Sprayer leaks

My couch is definitely cleaner. But leaks pretty badly. The sprayer will also get your hands and legs soaked as well.

Didnt work as expected.

Leaks badly when using the spray button. Water does not stay heated. It’s heated in the reservoir but by the time the air pushes it through the hose to be sprayed out, it’s cool. Suction is inadequate. It did get some daily dirt out but visible stains did not come up. Used it once and will return unfortunately.

Love it!!

So easy to use and it does a great job! It will definitely pay for itself, happy with my purchase.

Didn’t even have this term for a year and it stopped shooting out water! I used it maybe five times and that’s it.

It leaks really badly.

Good while it lasted

Loved this while it lasted. I’ve only had it for a year and used it 4-5 times to spot clean and the hose broke at the connection to handle. I’ve duct taped it for now until I get something else. Luckily I got it on sale and didn’t pay full price.
