Great filtering device

I love this water warmer, cooler. Very little space and very convenient to have on the countertop.

It is exactly what was advertised, super compact, great price and quality

Installation was easy. Water line tap-ins were especially easy for me because I had already plumbed water to the adjacent Keurig.

I love this unit I have it hook up to my ice maker so I get clean water and ice. The ice maker make ice that is clean and filter water it fits right on the counter right next to the refrigerator

Product is good until you want to change the filter

Filter change process is like you need to remove 3 tubing and re-insert them which is easily leaking the water. The removal process itself loosens the tube holder, hence unavoidable the leakage, and no answers from support too.

Hot Water Component Stop Working After 3 Months

The hot water boiling sensor stopped work after three months. Customer service didn't pick up, didn't respond to messages, didn't reply to email, and, when I finally go a hold of them, said they would ship me a new one but never did. There is much more to the story, but stay away from this product and company.

No Hot water

This machine holds very little hot water. It's enough to fill two cups and it'll take hours before there's hot water again. Additionally, the machine requires reset periodically, the instruction is not complicated but it does require you to open up the whole machine.

Great idea!

This Drinkpod saved us in an installation of an office snack room. We had an incoming water line but no drain so this allowed us to bring in drinking water plus water for a coffee machine.

Really easy set up

This is exactly what I have been looking for . We have 7 children and I am all about clean water . Now we don’t have to buy water bottles and it’s easy for the kids to get fresh, cold, filtered water.

This is exactly what I have been looking for . We have 7 children and I am all about clean water . Now we don't have to buy water bottles and it's easy for the kids to get fresh, cold, filtered water.

So far everything is fine. A few of the parts that will get the most use are plastic, the tray and the buttons you push to dispense the water so I am hoping that they hold up well. It was easy to install and came very quickly.
