You shipped to the wrong address and stole my money

I placed an order for a refrigerator water filter and used Google Pay, which I've used quite often. When I didn't receive my order in the expected timeframe, I reached out and was informed that it was shipped to an address I haven't lived in for over 4 years. I was told my address came through Google Pay, but I've used it many times in just the past few months and have never had this issue. Your service agent told me it was my fault but - get this - offered me 25% off a future purchse. Seriously guys? You're offering me a discount on future money you'll steal from me? Thanks. To make matters worse, your service agent sent me a video of my purchase (weird, and worthy of a separate review), but if you reviewed it, you'd see that your survey pop-up at the end of the purchase covered my address, so I would not have seen the incorrect address. And I never received an order confirmation. So essentially, your order process that could use some modifications is my fault - blame the customer, a surefire way to grow your business. Rest assured, the $53 you've stolen from me will cost you a lot more in future business, referrals, and goodwill. I hope you enjoy it - though I've already disputed it with my credit card company...so hopefully not. I'll look for other platforms to share this experience and will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Product fits and works. Always a big splash after the new filter goes in but after some dispensing, the filter and water dispenser works fine.
