I have filters for my kitchen sink and I just love these filters, so easy to install and i would no go without a filter due to bad water in my building.

I would have given this a 5. My problem is not the filter, it is fine. However, the unit is not made for short people. I am 4'9" and have to stand on a stool in order to check whether or not the filter needs to be changed. Placement of window should be on the side of unit and fully visible.

Doesn't fit

Is much lighter in weight than the last filter. I then tried to put it on and neither one sent will link on. Had to put my old filter back on and that clicked on immediately. So how do I replace the filter, now?? If they’re not fitting; I assume I’ll have the same issue with another refill. Do I have to replace the entire sink filter? Not happening. They also arrived scratched and dusty. Thought they were returns until I saw the filter color come through. Have to return.

I need this product however this is the third one I have bought in the last two years. It is a lot of plastic parts that seem to wear out very quickly and start leaking or the valve stopped completely shutting off the way it should. So while I am happy with a filtered water, I think the product is relatively cheap and ****.

These water filters are good if your water is coming through old musty pipes and plumbing. Sometimes if your system has a lot of sediment, the filter will have a shorter life, but replacing it is easy.
