The shipper was great

The shipper was amazing, I needed the part as quickly as possible and he did just that. The part was exactly as described. The reason I gave four stars; the package could have been packaged better and one screw nut was missing from the fan. Just so happens we had a nut to finish the install.

Easy install, i only needed a screwdriver.

Light is nice and bright so I can enjoy the blue walls in my bathroom. Fan is soooo much quieter than the one that was replaced. The person who did the replacement has some challenges, since the old fan was from 1984. Product is great!

Very nice looking and reasonably quiet. More attractive than my last fan and just installed days ago. Easy to install per contractor. Overall very satisfied.

Was say to install with the exception of the wiring. I had to call tech support. They were very helpful

Excellent product and fit the ceiling hole perfectly. It has more CFM than the previous one which lasted about 20 years , is less noisey and even the same light bulb thar was in the old one shines brighter.

I used the fan assembly only to update (swap out) the fan in my bathroom. The old one was an older Broan that had gotten noisy. I confirmed with Broan tech support this one would fit the existing housing in my bathroom. This one is much quieter with 50% more power. Quite easy to make the swap after a little research on how to do this. We are very happy and wish we had replaced it sooner.

So far the fan is removing moisture fairly quickly and is not too noisy. It was an easy installation, as well.

The exhaust fan wasn’t easy for a professional plumber to install in the space originally built for a 1994 Broan fan. However, once installed it has functioned beautifully. We had a 50 cfm fan and upgraded to an 80 cfm fan. The space is small but has a shower and no windows. The new fan works so much better. Using an LED lightbulb has worked well. Nice looking to boot.

Seems ok so far, light is great. Only just installed. Quieter than old exhaust fan motor but not as quiet as I had hoped.

Replaced the old one in same opening.

Still going after 11 years.

I have this very model purchased from Home Depot in my 2 VRBO rentals, two bathrooms, they have never failed, the lights work, the fans pull, the only issue now is they are starting to make noise Which after 11 years should be expected so I should be replacing them in the next few weeks and I hope the replacements are the exact same quality and I get another 10 years out of the replacement

Failed after 2 years

Install was straightforward and I put one in each bathroom of the house. Fast-forward 2 years and one has already failed. Being mechanically inclined, I diagnosed the problem and determined that the start winding of the motor had failed (reading open circuit). This should not have happen in just years or regular operation. The fan is only on when the bathroom is occupied, and there were only 2 people using the bathroom most of the time.
