The door and pan combo were perfect. The doors and chrome finish are beautiful and the pan has a textured finish for traction. Door installation definitely requires two people as the instructions clearly state. We did encounter an issue with the height of doors because the pan and track were a bit high in the center. We remedied it with a different track guide in the center. Contractor and I agreed "next time" the top rail will get hung 1/8" higher than recommended and all will be perfect. There WILL be a next time!

Not sure on the product as it hasnt turned up at the store and they dont know where it is. It left Georgia 10 days ago and they dont know where it is now. Not good enough for sure. I do wonder how you run a succesful business and not know where your stock is at any time.

The shower door and base arrived on time and all required pieces were enclosed. It looks really nice. I think a more accurate shower door height measurement should be shown as 73 1/2“ and not 74”.

Every thing looks good, but we can’t use the base in our situation. Base is still in box unused, but local HD won’t give credit for it because there’s no SKU #. They said whole kit must be returned. No can do because doors are already installed!

Great to replace a standard tub!

This unit was purchased to replace an existing tub with a walk-in shower for better senior accessibility. The unit arrived undamaged in a well packed carton. I had a plumber install it, but could have probably done it myself. Installation time for the shower pan itself was less than an hour. Obviously, rebuilding the walls and tiling will take longer. The best thing about this unit is that it fits in the same space as a standard 30 x 60 tub. That makes it a perfect choice for a shower conversion in a tight spot where there is no room to expand.
