Piece of junk!
Not even a year later, it is falling apart. We paid for professional installation but it didn’t help. Chunks of wood have splintered off steps as my 4 yo granddaughter climbed up. Many more fractures in the wood are apparent. Do not waste your money!

We use this all the time and it looks great. I did hire a crew of two to assemble it and it took them 2.5 days.

It was on back order from December to January. In January, it was back ordered again to February. It was sent in February, but was "damaged in shipping." It never arrived. They sent me a new one and it was also "damaged in shipping." They sent a third one that also never arrived as it was "lost in shipping." The fourth one finally arrived towards the latter half of May. I was missing some pieces and was told they would be shipped, but haven't come. Some of the wood had holes in the wrong places and no holes where there needed to be. Some of the wood pieces also came with

I would not recommend this because the wood is cheap and sucks I also want to throw this out there to that this broke a week with having it I also wanted a refund on it but they wouldn't give it to me just sent me replacement thing for it even when this is almost a month of it being broken I just got it don't shop for this sit
Good quality, kids love it!!
This took a lot of time to put together. 20 hours for my husband working alone. It held up to Minnesota winters for 3 years. Had to restrain the 4th year. Overall a great set and my kids had much fun in it!

Wood is already cracking after being up only 1 month. Took about 6-8 weeks to get the proper instructions from the company as the wrong instructions were included with the set. Multiple pieces were mislabeled. I would not buy again
There are a lot of holes missing where there should be holes. It’ll take a good 3 days to complete
Came together very easily! Put it together myself in about 2 days. Of course, had some little "helpers" that slowed me down. As for the set itself, I am impressed. It's sturdy and has plenty of play areas. The wood can split so check your drill torque setting.
My kids love this playscape! We just finished putting it together and my kids have been on it non-stop. They love the monkey bars, which was the reason we chose this one over other playscapes.
