I would purchase this coffee maker again.

I like the size, the updated design fits on my counter better. We appreciate the carafe temperature option also.

Almost as good as the previous model

I bought this as a replacement for the old Cuisinart coffeemaker with hot water dispenser that I owned and loved, which was lost in a move. I really like the look of the machine. Most other features are the same as the old one. I probably slightly preferred the water dispenser mechanism on the old one, but the new model is not as wide, so it has its benefits. The coffee maker seems to be a little louder than the old one. I noticed an issue in reviews that several people's machines leaked water from the coffee reservoir all over the counter. This happened to me as well - there was no way to fix it. But I returned that one to Amazon and the replacement unit has had no issues. I've just been using it for about a month so far, but have been happy with it.

My model was discontinued and this was a very nice redesign of the previous model. It brews very quickly and the button panel is a much better design. Great company!

Made the switch back to traditional coffee maker

So far so good! We made the switch from a dual carafe/ single cup coffee maker to this and the coffee is stellar! As a tea drinker I also love the convenience of the hot water spout. It is quite large but we make it work. Recommend.

Exceptional performance

This is the 2nd coffee maker we purchase from Cuisinart. They have made improvements to the water storage and hot water tank that make it easier to use as well as the hot water dispenser. Basic setup is the same.

Old Version Preferred

Replaced old version of this combo coffee / hot water maker. Like everything except extremely small area for putting in water. In comparison to older version, we would prefer the old over the new.

Great product ! We finally needed to replace the older model that had worked just fine for 7 years. Our family loves coffee and hot tea and the occasional hot chocolate which this coffee pot with the hot water feature is perfect for !

Functional and well made

Beautiful and functional! Separate compartments for water. I had the side by side model for years and I have to say, the length of this front/back coffee maker makes it more challenging to fit it on a counter where it doesn’t look awkward. It does the job well, but I had to reconfigure my whole countertop to accommodate it.

Score ! Replacement for my 12 year old Cuisinart

Works perfectly and a nice slim size …note that water reservoirs are on the back of the unit so you will need to adjust your filling technique

Great coffee maker

Love the new design where the water reservoir is separate from the grounds…no spilled grounds in the water. It does, however, make the unit a little bulkier on your counter. Cuisinart coffee makers is the only brand I buy, love the taste and quality

Simplicity and Style

For those of us who just want an easy-to-use coffeemaker with hot water option (and could care less about making espresso or using pods...) this model is a great choice. Attractive and simple to operate with Cuisinart quality and reliability in a compact package that doesn't clutter the counter top.

I thought my old Cuisinart coffee maker was the greatest, but this one is even better.

Coffee or tea?

Perfect functionality for coffee and tea lovers. I’d considered other brands that offered hot water as an option but chose this one. It is compact and doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. Both coffee and hot water functions are quick and efficient. The hot water function has a preventive measure so you don’t accidentally engage that function.
