Wayfair shipped me a toilet bowl that was damaged with the porcelain pieces glued back together. Obviously, this is ridiculous as it’s a toilet bowl. Wayfair sent a replacement, but I only received the tank and not the damaged bowl part. I will have to think twice before ordering from Wayfair again.

The bottom portion of the toilet was delivered and it was broke. Now Wayfair will not allow me to return this product. Buyer beware! I will never use Wayfair for large purchases again!

Not Standard Height! Update the listing

Great toilet but I wish I would've more closer inspected the height measurement. Lowe's needs to update this listing. This is not a standard height toilet, this is a chair or comfort height toilet. Taking off a star die to that mis-listing.

I can’t comment on the quality of the toilet because it arrived completely shattered. Wayfair still requested that I return it so I had to shlep the huge box of broken shards of porcelain to fedex. If you want this toilet I’d recommend finding a local reseller rather than ordering it online.

Bought two Toto Drake Toilets

Toilets are great but the tank bolts on both toilets had slow leaks on them. Had to take them apart and silicone to seal it.

Twice I was shipped a completely broken (In tiny shards) base. Had to ship back. Waiting on refund. I guess that is why Wayfair had the lowest price?? Not buying it from here again.

Last update: Customer service was actually great through this whole thing. It appears they had the third toilet sent from a different warehouse, and it arrived super fast and intact. At this great price for this excellent toilet, you have to decide whether it's worth the risk of one or two arriving broken.

Nice flush design, lacks basic comfort!

The flush is mostly very smooth without using a lot of water, and the design very simple & efficient. I like the glazed trap and feel like it will stay cleaner than others. This model is much smaller than my previous round-bowl toilet which does mean it occupies a little less space, but also means it is noticeably more uncomfortable!! For something I sit on multiple times a day, I think I would rather have a bit more comfort, and I'm not really a comfort queen. Also, while the flush seems to be very effective, today, for the first time since I've had it about a month, it did clog...? It was easy to unclog, but stifled my confidence in the design a little bit.

Great toilet 1.28GPF is plenty

Toilet is great! The flush is awesome! easy to install. Make sure you buy a toilet seat, wax ring, and hardware. 1.28 GPF is enough. I was searching for a 1.6 beacuase a lot of reviews said to get the 1.6 but 1.28 did a great job.

Excellent Product!

This specific model was strongly suggested by our plumber for our basement toilet replacement due to its powerful flushing. Wow, never got excited about a toilet before! haha. Simple installation, and ordered the installation bolts and wax ring as suggested by the site....seamless. Great site, prompt shipping, and excellent product. Couldn't possibly have a better experience. Thank you!

Had a high flange had a lot of trouble installing. Toilet was first quality with excellent flush.

Very good toilet

Excellent flush, tornado system sucks all in while preventing any spraying during the flush, resulting in a very hygienic toilet. Water tank fills fast. Comfortable height. High quality glaze, although yet to find well shaped soft brittle brush for tornado bowl not to damage the glaze (most of the soft brushes out there are designed for regular shaped toilet bowls with the classic rim). Other than that, very happy with Toto toilet; big improvement in my bathroom. Apart from the product, excellent service by PlumbingOnline in answering all my questions prior to the purchase.
