Overall nice toilet, but we didn’t like the toilet seat that came with it. It is not flat like all other toilet seats we have used and doesn’t feel comfortable. I should have ordered the toilet without seat and buy a different seat. Extra expense to buy seats.

Best toilet especially for hard water. We’ve had no issues with water stains since using and it’s been 6 months. Only catch- get the better toilet seat otherwise it’s a bit hard to sit on.

Wrong item delivered

We ordered this item (Qty.2) and had them delivered today. We particularly chose this model because of its "standard height". Instead of the items we ordered, the toilets we got had the "comfort" height seats ; The toilets bowls were 17 inches high and 18.5 inches with the seats. I cannot emphasize enough how poorly this was handled by the customer service at the Home Depot. I will formally file the complaint to BBB.

Installed two of these toilets in my new home a month ago. Both of them leak from the fill valve right out of the box.

The internal parts broke within the year we purchased it. Also, everything seems to stick to the sides and has to be constantly cleaned. I did appreciate the customer service. The first toilet was cracked, and a replacement was quickly shipped.

Although I have yet to install this Drake into the bathroom reno, I can at least comment on the fact that the toilet came VERY quickly and in perfect condition! It seems Drake/Wayfair have learned to ship these toilets more securely, because it seems that shipping damages plagued many customers purchasing the toilets. I was leery, wondering if I too would have the same issue but gave it a try regardless. ARRIVED IN PRISTINE CONDITION! It is a good looking toilet (as far as toilets go) and it stands at the ready for the bathroom reno project next month. I will update the actual use after installation. With all the great reviews of Drakes in general, I'm hopeful. So fingers crossed...

This Toto toilet is exactly what I wanted in chair height in a two piece unit. The white is not that bright but it will match my offwhite vanity well. It wouldnt look good next to arctic white or super white bathroom fixtures

Toilets themselves are essentially as advertised. Be aware, there is a circular cutout where the Toto Washlet would install behind the rim that is not shown in the photos. One of mine came obviously modified post-manufacturing. I’m assuming it was a return from a prior order and looks to have been filed down smooth.

Primary reason for purchase was to upgrade our pink-80s water- wasting toilet to this MUCH more efficient one. Professionally installed so he had the seal piece (ring shaped) that goes between the floor and toilet. If you DIY, don’t forget it. In all, it Does the job it was made to do and does it with less water.

The seat that comes with it is not comfortable at all. I purchased another soft close seat elsewhere. Then I found a large whole in the back of the bowl next to the tank ,( presumably for a bidet connection) that the original seat cleverly covered but the new standard seat does not. Nothing was mentioned about the hole in the description. I already installed it before noticing the hole, I am now stuck with an ugly hole or uncomfortable seat.

Very well engineered. Sturdy and tall. Bought it to replace a builders grade toilet in my basement bath that was too low. This is a great toilet that adds the right look and feel to my bathroom renovation. Kind of on the high price point, but you get what you pay for. Flush is very powerful and tank fills up quickly.

Really disappointed considering the price and brand. The flush is very weak (flushing 3x already and you’ll still need to clean the toilet). There are so many crevices underneath the seat so it is more time consuming to clean. I’d purchase a much cheaper toilet that’ll be less time- consuming to clean. Poor design and flush :(

Toto Defective poor quality Toilet

I have been having problems with this Toilet every since I purchased it, Home Depot refused to take it back and Toto Employees block my emails and refused to honor their warranty. They are using horrible bad business practices.

After watching many reviews, we decided that this toilet was going to be the best option. And we were not wrong. It is a great toilet. Fairly quiet and the flush is super fast. We are very pleased with the purchase. Although one came broken, Wayfair was able to replace in a DAY! Great customer service!

Very simple, yet sleek and nice looking toilet. Flushes well. I have 2 different Totos. The tanks are really small, but they perform well. I am 53 and most toilets are tall for me and Im on my tippy toes when sitting. The height is perfect for me with this one!

Mistake, disappointing

It's too loud when flushing, sounds like a commercial urinal...I have 4 bathrooms in my home with another major brand toilet. This Toto has a bad finish, must clean the bowl every three days even 'without' use. I don't have a hard water problem in my home, but this Toto forms a water ring without using, in a couple of days. "unlike" my other brand toilets in my home. I will replace my other bathrooms with the same major well-known brand toilets already installed. I would not buy another Toto.

It’s all that

When I built my house 12 years ago, I used Toto Drakes in all 4 bathrooms. We’ve not plugged one at all. The flush action is amazing- just push the handle and everything disappears. Easy to clean. We’ll worth the few extra dollars.

I just read where we are to be honest about out toilet. We were remodeling our home and we first bought another type and it wasn’t one of these. We had bought 2 of these for our other home at 1724 , Allen Tx. And we loved those two they were two of the best toilet we had ever gotten and gee they were worth the little extra money we had to pay.

Fabulous Toto toilet at a very competitive price, especially since it included a soft close seat. Purchased 3 for a home in Las Vegas and free standard shipping via FedEx delivered them the next day despite estimates of 2-3 day delivery window. These very fragile items were very well packed by the manufacturer and additionally placed inside additional boxes by Wayfair. Toilet bowls manufactured in Vietnam; separate 1.6 gpf tanks, Mexico. No Chinese manufactured goods. Very pleased with this purchase.
