Excellent quality. Perfect fo everything from the Thanksgiving turkey to roasting veggies on a crisp autumn night. Angled handles are high enough and extend out enough to easily & securely grip wiith oven mits. Easy to clean & mirror finish is a great look. I highly recommend this roasting pan

Very nice roasting pan and rack

Great size and nice heavy duty roaster. The rack is also heavy duty. It looks beautiful as well. I think this one will last me a long time. I can't wait to use it soon.

Really like the weight and performance of the roasting pan. I had college friends over and made Greek lemon chicken and potatoes. Turned out excellent and clean up was easy. Even roasting. This was a great buy and I could have bought one for three times more but decided to go with this one based on reviews. Glad I did!

24lb turkey was a breeze in this pan

Great and sturdy pan. I had a 24 lb turkey and this pan was perfect for it. With a turkey that big, I didn’t want a flimsy pan that buckle so I knew this pan was up for the challenge. And it excelled!

Roasting pan for large prime rib

Large roasting pan with heavy rack. The handles are substantial. The pan itself is not the same quality and feels pretty flimsy, but the fact that the rack and handles are sturdy makes the pan thickness less important. It was the only roasting pan that I could get sent to me in time and served the purpose well.

Replacement roasting pan.

Great roasting pan, (I had to replace an older Kitchen Aid pan that was chipping bad allowing the chips to get into the food). I no longer have to be concerned about chips of a coating with this stainless pan. It also was cheaper priced than other manufracturers and great quality.

Great pan

Fit a 16 lb turkey. Cleans up very easily. Great price too, especially since I will only use a few times per year. Happy with my purchase.

Beautiful Pan

I love this pan. Great looking, easy to clean, bakes meat perfectly, very durable. Been using parchment paper to help keep the bottom clean. Reasonable price.

Great Roasting Pan

I used it the first time to toast a 16 pound turkey on Thanksgiving and the pan worked beautifully. No more using disposable double aluminum roasting pans. The pan was sturdy and cleaned beautifully. I did not put it in the dishwasher and I did coat the inside before putting the turkey in which made clean up easier.

Perfect for roasts & Thanksgiving dressing

While I’ll use it for roasts, the main reason I bought it is for homemade cornbread dressing. I need a huge pan since I cook for about 30 people & this pan is Perfect!! Sturdy & deep enough for all the juices & spices to blend so nice.

Best roasting pan I’ve ever had.

I’m happy I made this purchase. It took a lot of research on my part e.g. light weight, easy clean, position of handles, size of food capacity. Cooked an 10 lb pork shoulder with plenty of room, so a 15 lb. turkey should be no problem and if you’re really ambitious and going to feed a very large gathering imagine a pan full of lasagna. Yummy. I wouldn’t pass up on the purchase of this roasting pan.

I love this pan

I love this roasting pan. I bought it to replace a cheaper roasting pan I bought at the local grocery store several years ago. The stainless steel is so much safer to cook with (no non-stick coating peeling off the pan) and cleaning it is a breeze. I would highly recommend this pan if you’re looking for an upgrade, registry item, etc.

Nice Roaster

This roaster with rack fits the need perfectly. The size is generous, and the handles that sit up make it easy to take out of the oven. I will use this for years to come. I really do like the Cuisinart brand of cookware. I've had a good experience with their products.

This pan met all expectations

This turkey roasting pan was exactly what I needed. I prefer stainless steel to coated pans because I believe the coating to be unhealthy. After soaking, the pan and its turkey holder cleaned very easily. The size and weight were manageable and the handles were comfortable to grip.

Well built turkey roaster

This is a very well-built product. The handles are riveted in so there is no chance of them breaking. If you soak it with dawn soap it is very easy to get clean. I was taken aback as to how heavy this item is with no bird in it. I weighed it and the pan alone weighs 6 pounds. It took a little getting used to after all those years of buying disposable aluminum pans. I wish they bent the edges of the pan more so you could pour out the drippings more easily for making gravy. All in all, I would recommend the product to anyone.

Excellent value

Nice, sturdy, attractive. Everything I was looking for. I needed a roasting pan that would also be a good lasagna pan. This works. The size is perfect. The nice, secure handles make it very easy to remove a heavy turkey or lasagna from the oven safely. It's solid stainless steel so it's a safe and healthy choice. I'm very pleased.

Cuisinart 16 inch roasting pan

There are many options out there when looking for a roasting pan but I feel this Cuisinart roaster provided the best value for the money. It’s attractive appearance is similar to products costing much more. It easily accommodated my 16 pound turkey and cleanup was a breeze. The size of this roaster also allowed easy access to the pan juices for easy basting. I highly recommend this product.

Quality Roasting Pan

This is the roasting pan I've been wanting for years: sturdy, looks great and cleans up wonderfully. This pan is big enough to hold a large turkey, prime rib or ham. I've even used it to bake a large lasagna or casserole to serve a crowd. If you spray with non-stick spray it washes like a dream. It is not quite as thick as my tri-ply pans but it has good weight to it and won't flex like a lightweight pan. The large handles make it easy to lift and carry. I would highly recommend this pan, even more so when you can find it on sale like I did!
