[Rewarded Review] All in one machine

This fit our coffee bar very well. I love the dual action of being able to make espresso or brewed coffee. The drink comes out very tasteful and smooth. Very user friendly.I even bought another unit to gift to my cousin.

Average Quality

I was excited to try this new machine and disappointed when I did. The portafilter does not turn smoothly to lock into position. It requires you to apply a significant amount of pressure to the opposite side of the machine to avoid the entire machine spinning with the force. Even with this effort, it still does not fully lock into the position shown in the instruction manual.

Our first unit went bad within a year. Thankfully we had the protection plan on it and were able to replace it for a fee. Fast forward two years and the replacement unit has gone bad too. Both times the heating unit stopped working. You'd expect more for a $300+ coffee maker.

Leak un the first use

I just got it today and I had a leak from the bottom not sure where exactly, I was so excited but I will have to go to target or call the company because is almost 200 dollars and has this issue in the first use. Sad

Great coffee maker and espresso my wife loves it. Makes great espresso. Even the family gives us great comments on the espresso.

It is the perfect combination of brew coffee and the convenience of pods. Love it!

Received damaged product with broken plastic base and Wayfair didn’t replace or refund. Very disappointed with the company.

Would Not Recommend

The frothing function on this machine was only used a few times before it stopped working. The machine stopped working completely two weeks after the year warranty, and the company refused to do anything about it. Very disappointing for a $350 machine. Will not purchase a DeLonghi product again after this experience.

Looks cute but not functional

Looks cute, fine at making a pot of coffee, but the frother is absolutely useless and the espresso function is confusing, messy, and not worth the effort. I returned it.

Got this as a christmas gift for my partner who has been a barista for a couple of years, they love the duality and ease of removal to dump any excess liquid.

Bad purchase

Did not last me a full year. I probably got 15 coffees out of this $300 espresso machine. Very disappointed.

Super easy to use coffeeespresso maker. We love the cold coffee accessory, great for martinis. Plus, it adds a sophisticated look to my kitchen counter.
