So far so good. The bowl itself is a bit shallower than I was expecting, but otherwise, it seems to be doing its job. The toilet is not the most powerful and tends to gurgle a bit upon flushing, but that’s what you get with a regular gravity-assisted flush.

Missing piece

Very dissapointing. I bought online. I just received the tank and nobody knows what happen to the bowl. After 4 days, lowes is asking me to take the tamk myself to the local store and returning as they have no idea where the bowl is and cannot deliver the missing piece. So disappointing process. I will buy from another store.

I love this toilet! I love the height and the flush is wonderful!! I did have to replace the fill value-- it kept coming apart but I don't know if it was a faulty part or the Handy installer didn't attach it correctly. I would definitely say to AVOID the offer of having Handy come install the toilet. Handy was a nightmare!!

This is the second Drake toilet that I have purchased. The Wayfair Drake took an hour to install but it worked from the first flush to the present. The Drake from Wayfair came well packaged and all the parts were intact and it was Way the best price on the web. Other sites were over a $100 more than on the Wayfair site.

No longer have to keep a plunger in bathroom

We ordered two different Toto flush types: 1.6 and the 1.28. Both of our original toilets were 30 years old and we constantly had to use the plunger for even the standard waste jobs.

Absolutely amazing!

I have had this toilet installed for about 4 months now (today is 1/10/2023). It replaced a 40 year old 6 GPF leaking toilet. I'm looking forward to a significantly lower water bill.

So far, flushes everything

After finding that our well water level is 70 feet lower than 20 years ago, we decided to replace our 30-year old toilets that use 3.5 gallons/flush (even with toilet dams!). We bought this 1.28 gallon Toto as a test. We liked it so much that we bought two more for other bathrooms. The pond and outlet are positioned such that most poops completely submerge instead of poking above the waterline like deadly icebergs. That, plus the smooth surfacing, usually means that after flushing there are few if any streaks left underwater. And if there are, those almost always disappear after the next flush. The circular flow of water from the top of the bowl works quite well. You can get spots above the waterline that need to be scrubbed with a brush, but I've never met a toilet that wasn't true of.

Only water saving toilet I have found. Replaced all three in my house with this Toto.

Extremely disappointed

Bought this as Toto listed it as a quite flush, anything but.....purchased American Standard Pro for another bathroom this model is quite! I do not recommend this Toto plus their customer service is bad never got a call back to discuss issues
