Poor materials and service

Build.com failed to send all of the component parts and double charged me for the missing parts. Then, Build.com sent a defective part and did the same thing. Don't waste your time or money!

Poor paint quality on the matte black

The matte black’s paint slide right off when we try to install the final face plate. The round plate is plastic which is shocking, I thought it will be metal…very poor quality on the paint

Hansgrohe never lets us down and this is no exception. I’ve seen occasional reviews complaining about the handle fitting loosely. Take it from me, that’s a matter of user error. We had awful plumbers when building our house and that was the case, but my own project manager fixed every one of them and they’ve functioned perfectly for the all the months we’ve been here.

Looks good and functions well! Use it to control my hand shower and rain shower. I love that this diverter allows you have both shower heads on at the same time.

This thing is solid and heavy. Very nice addon for an upper end shower or bath.

We are unhappy with this. Quality not great. Handle falls off.
