Rubber button has broken off

Just like one of the comments above, my rubber button on the spray function has broken off. This expensive faucet now looks very cheap. Is there a replacement button that can be sent to fix this?

I don't recommend this faucet

We installed this in our kitchen 5 years ago and had to replace it about 2 years in. Now we need to replace it again. The rubber stripped off the spray button on both faucets within a year.

No water pressure!

We purchased this faucet to accompany our new American Standard kitchen sink. It looks great, but we are so unhappy with its low water pressure. We can barely rinse the sink out after washing dishes! Also the hose is not long enough with the weight in place to reach the bottom of the sink. We have to hold up the pans in order to use the scrub brush feature. It's pretty but would not recommend.

I absolutely love this kitchen pull down faucet. I did have to have a plumber install this faucet only because of the configuration of the kitchen sink and the garbage disposal was directly in front of the water source. If it wasn't for that, the faucet would have been easy to install. The only thing I did notice was that the water from the faucet had an unusual taste. I contacted American Standard and they said that on occasion the faucet did change the taste of the water. They immediately sent me a new faucet and now the water taste normal. They said the problem I had with the first faucet was very rare. I give American Standard a 5 plus review for their excellent customer service.

Like it But Don't Love it

Great well built faucet - only problem is it doesn't completely retract. You have to push it up to close tight. Couldn't find any way to adjust so we live with it. Not that big a deal but worth mentioning

I've had this faucet in my kitchen for 6 months and the hose connection to the spray head is leaking so much water it sprays everywhere when you turn on the water. Pull down faucets should last for years, not months. Disappointed with this American Standard product and have an unusable kitchen sink until warranty replacement parts arrive in 5-7 business days. Will be throwing this away today and replacing it with another brand.

Neat and Sleek Design

We purchased this faucet for a prep sink that we installed as part of our kitchen remodel. It has not been installed yet but we took it out of the box to use it to figure out where we wanted it to go. Seems to be well made and turns easily. It was a "special order" but we had it within a week. Based on what we have seen so far, I would purchase this faucet again.

Always check for all parts before preceding.

Faucet was missing the mounting kit. After being on hold for more than 30 minutes, American Standard operator told me it will take a week for the part to arrive. Unfortunately, I already took the old faucet out. So I guess that's on me. Had I known that this was a less than stellar company, I would have check to make sure the parts were there. It's possible that the company I ordered it from (DealYard) took the part for some reason. Good companies get that part to you much sooner. Lesson learned.

Only complaint is the knob doesn’t leave much room for a water purifier plug on the right side, so I had to move it to the center to be able to use and now the hot water is to the right and cold is to the left turning the knob. Otherwise, it’s a great faucet, especially with the extension spout,
