What can I say other than this had phenomenal reviews, and with good reason. It feels so elegant just holding it. It's heavy, strong and sleek. It docks amazingly well, and just, well, what else can I say other than in looking for this exact type of faucet, I looked high and low and got the best price here on Wayfair for the very faucet I wanted.

I purchased this very beautiful faucet because of reviews and it complemented my new remodeled kitchen perfectly. It worked for 1 month. Water stream became small and after googling the product again, saw this was a very common issue. Could not repair it so had to go to the local store for a know name brand replacement.

Love This Stylish Faucet

Purchased this for our new home that came with builder grade kitchen faucet. This is a big improvement. Very stylish, but more importantly, a work horse in the kitchen. Cleans up my sink easily with the two settings on the faucet and easy glide on/off hot/cold controls. Love the soap dispenser. My only one did not have one. Less stuff on my sink now.

Spray to stream broke within a year.

Save your money and buy a good brand faucet. On both my rental properties I have the same faucet and within a year both have started making a squeeling noise that guests can't stand. As well as it doesn't stay on stream/spray mode when pressed. It does its own thing. I reached out the company and they have been less than helpful in replacing the part or contacting me back, so I'm buying a better brand of faucet.

Nice looking, but not the best quality

I just finished my basement, which includes a kitchenette. I loved the look of this faucet, but once installed, I'm not overly impressed. The nozzle tends to fall out of its holder and the spring is just kind of crazy. It will serve its purpose just fine in this space, but had this been for my main kitchen, I would have sent it back. Also - it was professionally installed by a plumber.

Quick delivery. Quicker than promised before Christmas. Amazing customer service. This faucet is amazing. It will go so well in my new kitchen. I cannot wait to see it all together. If you're looking for an update or redoing your kitchen, this faucet will supersede your expectations !

Faucet nozzle function toggle wore after about a years worth of use. Product description is accurate and it looks great. Manufacturer (Vigo) was easy to work with and they replaced the unit once I reported the issue with the toggle. The button that switches between stream & spray is what wore out but they replaced entire faucet at no charge. Matte black finish stayed true to color unlike others I’ve seen where the finish deteriorates. I continue to shop Vigo products through Houzz because of the quality and customer service, in addition to the value!

We installed this faucet a little less than two years ago. . The good . - easy to install! . - looks fabulous! . - easy pull down . - smooth toggle between spray and stream . - did I say it looks fabulous?? . - great customer service - really quite amazing . . The bad . - after two years, the finish is wearing off . - worse, after two years the flow, which was already low to begin with, is terrible. In fact, not enough flow anymore to trigger our on demand hot water heater. So you wait a long time to fill up a pot full of cold water, you wait for infinity to fill up a pot full of warm water (if we go into the bathroom and crank the hot water, then it flips and the flow from the faucet is enough to trigger the hot water then to stay on) . . The customer service was really great, shockingly great in this day and age actually, and they are sending me a brand new head, but I'm not sure it will fix the flow issue fully. Maybe it is a bit limed up, but soaking in vinegar does not seem to have helped. We'll see how the new head works out, but I would not buy this again.

We are currently building a home and have been ordering several items, but this was the one thing, I got most excited about because- It is absolutely beautiful and is made of such high-quality, heavy constructive materials. The color is beautiful and so rich and expensive looking. This Water faucet is a perfect color, for our modern farmhouse, gunmetal-gray Apron sink. The reviews on this faucet are amazing and such a wide variety of color choices to choose from. Can't wait to install and enjoy it!!!

Perfect Blend of Style & Function

I am really thrilled about this kitchen faucet purchase. I have yet to install it but so far it is everything I expected and more. It is truly a thing of art! I have wanted this particular brand & design for a while now. There are a lot of competing brands out there but Vigo's quality & styling is superb. Honestly, my hardest decision was deciding which of the 5 finishes to choose. I'm very happy with my choice--very industrial chic--though the black matte finish would also have been great. Truly a great investment in my kitchen... and one that I'm also proud to own!

Solid Feeling Kitchen Faucet w/ Easy Installation

Received it within 4 days of the order and just installed the faucet. We got a Vigo bath faucet last year and have been pretty happy with that. This kitchen faucet looks good and works pretty well so far. Installation was fairly easy. The faucet itself feels solid, except for the head itself which is a bit light. Water flow is ok, not too high of pressure. The black matte finish is nice, although I already noticed a small nick that looks to be peeling on the handle. Hope that isn't normal and doesn't get worse.

Gorgeous and easy to use

Absolutely beautiful faucet. Easy to use. Updated: purchased this faucet last October thus less than a year and the black enamel is chipping off showing the gold color under. It's not terrible, but important to know what to expect. Also as others have indicated the memory doesn't hold always defaults back to the spray option. I prefer a steady flow to refill my teapot so it can get annoying after a while. Still love the style and finish, but if you use often it will start to chip off under a year.

I bought for my home remodel a little over two years ago. The quality is NOT GOOD! The handle screws in and does not stay tight. In fact the threads were stripped after about a year. We have not been able to fix it so we just turn it off and on by the piece that the handle screwed in to. The finish has also started wearing off and looks terrible. The sprayer toggles between spray as a more focussed stream but that no longer works either. It’s just spray which is aggravating when you want to fill up a bottle or rinse out a bottle before recycling. I would not buy this again. It’s cheap and should have held up a lot longer. We are just two people not some big family. Don’t buy it!

Sprayer failed after just a few months

Updating this review to one star because the sprayer no longer works after being installed for just a few months. Vigo asked for me to review the product, I posted an honest review, and it was "moderated" because it did not meet their standards, so they will not publish it. This faucet is a work of art. The lines are beautiful, the connections are beautiful, it's heavy and feels sturdy. I can't wait to have this installed. Bonus points for packaging because that matters to me! Sleek black box, pretty protective bag, even the documentation is classy. Will definitely look to this company for other products!

When I opened the box I was very pleasantly surprised! This faucet is stunning and very heavy duty. The quality is impressive and the finish is gorgeous. The value is incredible compared to prices of other faucets that are similar. I had originally purchased a different faucet that was very similar to this one but it had a plastic spray head that seemed very cheap so I returned it. I went with this faucet instead because it stated the spray head was made of brass & stainless steel. It seems to be better quality that the first one I purchased but the spray nozzle still seems a little lacking to me in quality which is why I gave 4 stars. I haven't installed/used it yet so I can't speak for the functionality or durability of it yet.

I was really excited about this faucet - it was heavy, beautiful, and it SEEMED really well built. Low and behold just weeks after install there's clearly a weak point here that unfortunately overrides all of the perceived positives. First, within days the spray / stream modes stopped holding their memory once the faucet is turned off. Meaning, if left in 'stream' mode, it now drips around the sides making for a messy experience until you cycle the button - annoying and clearly will only get worse with time - i expect a new faucet of this caliber to function consistently and without 'leaks'. Second, the button used to switch the spray mode is cheap plastic and has started popping out at random. It's only a matter of time before this goes down the drain, gets lost, or breaks because of the force required to pop it back in. Bottom line is that this faucet has a lot of cheap and delicate plastic componentry under what seems to be a very solid exterior. I'm on the fence about returning it because I don't want to be without a kitchen faucet, and the amount of work to unhook everything is going to be a burden. Really bummed that this turned out this way.

DEFECTIVE VIGO Edison Matte Black Single Handle Pull-Down Spray Kitchen Faucet I ordered this faucet from Overstock.com. 1. Plumber installed it and it leaked from a location within the metal housing, which is inaccessible. 2. I called Overstock.com to let it know, fully expecting an easy exchange. Nope! 3. Overstock.com told me I had to contact the manufacturer (Vigo), even though I bought it from Overstock.com. 4. I called Vigo, talked with Carlton (a Supervisor) and told him what my plumber discovered and requested an exchange. 5. Carlton said (and I quote) "under no circumstances will we just send out a new faucet", that Vigo does not just" take customer's word for it". Rather, Carlton told me that I had to uninstall the faucet and troubleshoot it per Vigo's instructions. (Say what?) And, if it still leaks a replacement would be sent. 6. I told my plumber the above and he called Carlton in hopes of getting an exchange, but Carlton repeated the no exchange/customer's word no good policies and insisted that the faucet be troubleshooted. 7. Plumber troubleshoots and re-installs the faucet and it still leaks from a pin hole in the copper line under the metal housing. 8. I called Carlton and he repeated the no exchange/customer's (or even plumber's) word no good policies. Rather, Carlton will send me a "cartridge" so that I can try to fix it again. 9. I said heck no, I'm sick of fixing your product. I already jumped through the hoop you said would be the only one. Replace it. Carlton refused, repeated the no exchange/customer's word no good policies, insisted that I install the new "cartridge" he will send me. Again, I said no way. 10. Carlton then suggested that I take the faucet apart again and take video the source of the leak (like my android camera can clearly zoom in on a pin hole) because, as he told me before, customer's word no good, Vigo's warranty department requires proof. 11. So, I took this video. I doubt Carlton/Vigo will accept this as proof and will insist I try to fix the faucet again my installing a new cartridge, but we shall see. 12. Next morning...B***, Product Support Specialist, from Vigo now asks me for my sales receipt and tells me that it is the cartridge that is bad, that I have to replace it. Personally, I'll never buy Vigo product again (and I'll think twice about buying anything like this from Overstock.com again) considering its defective product and astoundingly poor service, but maybe you'll have better luck!
