Exactly what I wanted

I bought this to replace an over-the-range microwave. It came very fast with all the parts and I paid a local kitchen contractor to install it. He was done in 15 minutes or less! It works well, the fan and light are great, and it takes just a regular lightbulb. The contractor told me to get a "30-inch ductless hood" and I have zero knowledge about these things. I picked this one based on price and reviews and it's been up for about a month - no complaints whatsoever.

A great value for a quality product.

I was a little skeptical because of the price but I am pleasantly surprised with the quality. Super easy to install. The fan is loud enough you know it's working but not so loud that it's distracting. The suction works well enough to keep up with four boiling & simmering pots. The measurements were exact and it came with all the screws needed for installation, as well as the filter.

Fan works well but I dont use it much, its more of a light fixture over the stove and with a LED bulb it lights most of the kitchen

Very Loud

I purchased this fan because it had simple mechanical switches and the fan motors have a 5 year warranty. However, this fan is very, very loud. Even on the lowest setting it’s much louder than our previous fan that lasted 6 years. I’m going to add a variable speed fan adjuster to the inputs to see if I can lower the noise this thing makes.

Looks elegant and has a lot of power

We have just remodeled our kitchen and the Empava under cabinet range hood is a good addition, looks very elegant and has a lot of power, since we cook very often. We are very happy with this range.

Really like it

We've had our oven vent for a few weeks now and I really like it. It seems very effective, looks nice, and isn't very loud. I'd definitely recommend it!

Very Disappointing

We bought this after reading the reviews. It is a lot louder than we wanted but it seemed to do the job until the buttons started failing. Contacted the manufacturer who told us because they are a small family-owned business the only thing they could do was send us replacement parts but we would have to find someone locally to do the repairs. Returning the hood in the AM.
