Terrible

I’m not taking down this review until this is resolved. This heater has been terrible. Worked fine for the first 2 weeks and now it only works when it wants to. Most times I get lukewarm water despite it saying it’s at the max temperature. I need to speak to their customer service but they are difficult to get a hold of by phone.

Easy and quick install. I am happy with the product. Does require some electrical work that can be pricey.

Bought one of these last time they went on sale. Really should have done more research on this unit. I'm building a garage for a customer that has a overflow sleeping area upstairs (.5bath/kitchenette). Didn't need a ton of hotwater and space is limited. Didn't open it until my electrician was roughing in. This thing requires 3 double pole 50amp breakers. 150amps on a 200 amp service dedicated to hot water, not happening.

ouch - scolded again

This product works well when it comes to producing the hot water. However, it blasts out scolding hot water every other time you use it. There is a CAUTION noted in the operating instructions under #4. It states that “if the unit is paused there may be an initial burst of very hot water”. I watched it go up into the 140’s a couple of times when I heard the screams from the shower. Ouch - I would seriously have to pull this out and replace it if I had kids in the house.

Terrible Water Heater. Dead in under 2 years.

I've had this water heater installed for less than 2 years and during that time, with the biggest model, it was never capable of running more than 1 shower or sink at a time. No one could use the water at the same time as others. Now, it just reads Flow Overload even when no water is running through it and will not heat water at all.

Replaced 50 gallon electric water heater

Installed this almost going on a year. Replaced a 50 gallon water heater in our closet because we need the space for a washer & dryer combo and it's the best thing we could have done. So far it's been great. The only thing is it requires 3- 50 amp double poll breakers so you need to make sure you have at least a 200 amp panel with space available. Which I do. It's very efficient. Might be a little pricey to pay an electrician and plumber to install. I installed it myself.

Lots of water temperature fluctuation

Easy to install but not a good brand, had an issue and customer support told me to video it while I was taking a shower, lot better brands out there I would not recommend this one I'm leaving a review

Anzzi, you need to read all of these reviews. You guys are all over the place on answering electrical requirements. Somebody’s going to get hurt, or burn their house down.

I used this water heater to replace my previous tankless water heater and I fully recommend this heater. It works almost instantly anywhere in my house and pushes plenty of hot water. Great value

[Rewarded Review] We are so excited about this water heater

We are currently putting in a new bathroom and are excited about this new in line water heater. I am currently waiting on the Electrician to hook up power but the rest of the installation was very easy. The bathroom is a new constructions so we were able to plan out and place the water heater for easy access. The plumbing was pretty straight forward and made the addition of the shower without taxing the house water heater made this the right choice for our project. We did make sure the water flow of the heater would meet the needs of our shower and we are excited to test it out. I hope to post an update after the electrician gets finished.

[Rewarded Review] I love this tankless

I am super excited to install this tankless water system. The tankless heater is really small it almost blows your mind to know that this tankless heater release is 4.8 gallons of water continuously. Manufacture provide everything needed for water connections. I just need to get my plumber out here so he can work on it. I can’t wait for a continuous warm shower.

I have a sixty-five gallon hot water tank that has been functional but I also have a whirlpool tub with jets that takes a lot of water to fill and at times, the water is not as hot as I like it. I researched many types of tankless hot water systems and found that the ANZZI ENVO Atami 4.8 GPM 27 kW Electric Tankless Water Heater was energy efficient and offers hot water on demand verses having to wait for a hot water tank to fill and heat. This unit supplies 4.8 gallons a minute and uses less energy to supply the hot water to the whole house. I have a deep well that supplies my water to my house and it is hard water which can cause issues with a hot water tank plus it uses a lot of electricity. I definitely like the idea of saving water and saving electricity and having an unlimited supply of hot water.
