Love it! So deep and so comfortable!!

Though they discounted the product $200 do to shipping damage, upon further inspection there were more damage cracks unseen until after installation. I was extremely disappointed and would have returned the product except I had a handicap client in a wheelchair and could not wait the expected 6-8 weeks for next delivery that they told me. It was not a pleasant experience

It’s fantastic! But if you have the room for a 6’ tub get that! Otherwise, this bathtub is great, it’s got a nice comfortable back to it. Not a lot of room around it for shampoo bottles or anything like that so maybe think about how you’re going to incorporate that kind of storage when you install it.

Return this bathtub twice. First damage surface inside tub, second leaking fitting at the pump connection and air knob spinning around, Defective. Overall poor quality in two units. Returned it and ordered Kohler tub, hope will be better.

Great choice

It looks and works great. The only con is the actual bathing portion of the tub is a little short, otherwise, it’s perfect.

Read directions beforehand

Directions clearly state tub must be set in mortar. Also says to to check for leaks, so I did not "Box" myself in and tested before installation and found no leaks. Optional heater took 3 minutes to install if you install it before setting the tub. Tub works fine, However be careful when choosing a surround, tub lip was tapered and did not fit the Delta Direct to stud Model# B23205-6032-WH Surround and left a gap around the tub.

I love it so far

Gorgeous tub unfortunately NOT approved in Massachusetts. I wish someone would have alerted me that it is not approved before I purchased it. They made it easy enough to return, but still a pain in the neck - waiting for $1500 to be credited so I could buy another tub. It's too bad because it is such a nice tub!!

The tub arrived on time, and delivery was smooth. Caveat - it is for a new build, and we have not used it yet. But it looks great and fits into a smaller bathroom nicely, adding an unexpected luxury!

Great Value

Tub was easy to install. Installed it with the inline heater. Keeps the water warm. I like the adjustable jets. Great for relaxing & soaking.

A Relaxing Deal

This bathtub is great with jets to sooth aching muscles plus heat to keep my bath warm for a relaxing soak and was very reasonably priced bathtub for all it does.

Perfect! It fits in a standard tub opening. It has quiet operation, 8 adjustable and directable jets in all the right places! It has an easy access panel for maintenance. Keep in mind, it REQUIRES a dedicated electrical circuit, if you install the heater with it, you will need 2 dedicated electrical circuits. I highly recommend this unit.
