Horizontal duct kit worked great
Installed in my Pixie range hood. Their video on youtube is easy to follow and I had it installed in about 20 minutes. If you neexd to vent out of the back of the unit you need the horizontal kit.
Do not install horizontally venting through the rear!
The install is much more difficult than the default vertical top venting.

The unit is heavy and well built and does feel much more substantial in touch and handling than other options I considered for this project. The design is beautiful, touch controls work great and are easy to clean. The unit is very quiet for the amount of air being moved.
Awesome Hood for Ductless Kitchen
Fotile really knocked it out of the park with the Pixie Hood with recirculating kit. I had a GE which was really worthless. This product really removes odors and oils in my condo kitchen which does not vent outside. Great product, worth the money.
Powerful Range Hood
Great range hood with a lot of power. During stir fry, I really like the boost mode. Now there is no significant cooking odor in the house. The two installation options - up or back - are fantastic. I wish there were more color choices.
Strong suction power, no noise and beautiful
Extremely quiet. quality compared to cheaper models is immediately noticeable. it really helps all the food smell away from the living room and bedrooms. most importantly, the design looks pretty Elegant! and you don't need hand to control it.
Extremely powerful and yet quiet
Overall this is a great hood; that is extremely quiet and really does ****! (*smile*). I do feel that it is a bit high priced for what it is and the features you get (no auto-clean, etc), but the quality compared to cheaper models is immediately noticeable.
A Powerful, Quiet and Functional Modern Range Hood
We purchased this Fotile UQG3002 range hood (850 CFM) to replace a 15 years old Broan Elite E662 (800 CFM). There are several things very impressed which worth to mention for this product: (1) easy to install as DIY by using included mounting template; (2) powerful suction and very quiet in compare to Broan Elite E662; (3) a cool motion control on/off switch; (4) convenient cleaning of capture-shield plates comparing with Broan's grease filters. By choosing between Fotile JQG7505 and UQG3002, we are happy with this range hood with its simplicity look and well functioned performance.
