Smart product, easy to use, instructions clear. My global knives are old so they needed more than one attempt with this device to obtain that crisp sharpness that is seen in the video demo. So far so good.

Love this knife sharpener. Needed it to replace our old one ( which was also very good) but this one is even better Recommend to those that want to keep their knives sharp.

Brought my Global knives back to life! Didn't mar the sides of the knife like some other sharpenres that I have used in the past. Amazingly quick and easy sharpening. Definately worth the investment for such high quality cutlery as Global.

Sharpens knives splendidly

I have been using this sharpener for about five years and it sharpens my Global knives beautifully. Really easy to use and ergonomic too. I bought this as a gift for a family member to use on their knives as they weren’t happy with their current knife sharpener and after one use they couldn’t be happier.

Truthfully it wasn't that good. It only improved the sharpness only slightly. I can not indorse this product, despite it being recommended to me. Disappointed.

My minosharp is better but their customer care was absolutely fantastic. An item was missing which they replaced very quickly. Fantastic.

Worked well for us

My husband is a bit of a knife sharpener aficionado. Global MinoSharp 3 Stage Ceramic Water Sharpener is the easiest knife sharpener he has used, just add water and viola! There you go, one sharp knife back to work.

Mino sharp YES

Had an old 2 stone mino sharp; this is way better, my 8 yo global knives have been rejuvenated and cut like a ninja's sword but I guess they never did meat onions or tomatoes so maybe the comparison is invalid. But they are scary sharp.

Sharp Edge

This my 2nd Minosharp as the sharpening wheels had become worn. It was cheaper to buy the complete unit. As a sharpener, for Global knives, it has worked extremely well and is easy to use.

This is a really good knife sharpener. It’s easy to use and sharpens the knives perfectly. Was a good product to purchase with my global knives.

Best sharpener ever

Beats every other knife sharpener my partner and I’ve had; all kitchen knives now like razors- so much easier and safer to use. Good to be able to eventually buy replacement grinding discs. Quality of build not really up to the price tag (£53) but it does the job brilliantly and easily.

A game changer in the kitchen

This product is so easy to use and really gives knives a good edge. There’s a fair chance my marriage will last, now that my husband is no longer destroying my knives with his ‘sharpening’ skills. I do all my cooking knives weekly, and that keeps them doing their job very well.

Very much adequate

Gets the knife sharp enough, without any of the considerable hassle of using ceramic whetstones. Im using it with my 15-degree bevel Global knives: Im not sure itd be suitable for European knives with 20-degree bevels. Is it as good as a perfectly hand-honed edge? No. Is it vastly superior to my haphazard hand-honing attempts? Absolutely.

minoSharp is the Best sharpening tool for santoku knives or any knives

I bought one set of santoku knives two years ago, they were sharp when they were new. After a while of using them they became blunt, I used to sharpen them with the cheap rectangular sharpening stone, they get sharp for short period then blunt again and the blade side scratches.. minoSharp ceramic water sharpener is easy use to sharp my expensive knives in only at least 3 minutes, it sharpens the blade evenly.
