I used it once and it worked great. Once you get past the smell of it first coming on it does what it should do.

Only worked twice

The crock pot would not turn on the 3rd time I tried to use it. It was great the first 2 times, but can’t believe it wouldn’t power on the 3rd time. I tried multiple outlets that were working for other electronics but not the crock pot.

Not safe glass broke

The crockpot works great the outside of the crockpot gets very hot most crockpot are not that hot on the outside. My reason for a 1 star I cooked beans overnight on low and I turned it off before I left for work so it sat for 10 hours cooling lids still locked in place. I opened it and too some food out to preheat in the microwave for dinner for the family. While we were eating heard a very loud pop. I come to the kitchen and the lid exploded on a cold crockpot and glass got into my food. For safety I do not recommended you buy this crockpot.

Excellent value and product

Great product. Easy to use and clean. Heads up-the outside does get hot to the touch. But it’s a great product.

Opposite Experience – Cooker Not Heating at All

I used the Crock-Pot Programmable 7-Quart Cook and Carry Slow Cooker for the first time, and my experience has been the opposite of what others have reported. While many reviews mention that their food cooks too hot, mine didn’t cook at all. Despite setting it on ‘high’ for several hours, my food remained uncooked, as if I had just put it in. Unfortunately, it seems like the slow cooker isn’t heating properly, and I’m disappointed with its performance. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

Won’t purchase again

I have purchased many crock pots, this one was an impulse buy because I needed an extra slow cooker for a gathering, while my other crock pots three to be exact did just fine heating and slow cooking as it claims it’s suppose to do, this 7qt cook and carry heated up the food entirely too fast, causing the food to burn, I believe this particular model has major heating issues, non of the heating settings differ from each other, even on the lowest warm setting it’s causing food to boil, burn, and become scorched, which is causing me to throw away food. I have only used it a handful of times due to the heating issues because I have to hover over it and can’t leave unattended, I purchased this from a local retailer, Walmart, but unfortunately due to not having the box they will not exchange or return for a different model.

Not what I expected.

There were no good instructions on how to use product. The QR code that was on outside box directed me to a page that was not working. Did not like the quality of the product and how it made the food taste.

Large, programmable and easy to use!

Have been wanting a crock pot for a while that was decent sized and programmable and this definitely delivers on both fronts. Very easy to use, plug in, program, and go!

I had to replace an older crockpot that stopped working. I like the locking lid. I feel it has a better seal than my older one. My only complaint - it’s hard to lift the crock out when the food is ready.

Inner pot isn’t good…buyer beware!

The crockpot is good %26 functional. Works like a charm, but the problem is, the insert! Cleaning it takes the coating off, even with a cloth %26 dish soap! Wiping it off with a paper towel turns the paper towel GRAY! And it has a metallic smell! I am afraid to cook in mine now!
