Very pleased with this purchase. Delivery was quick, with good communications and on time. The delivery team placed the spa where I requested and were careful with the delivery. Set up was easy, and started up with no problems. I have it connected on 110V power, and it took 2.5 days to get the water temp from 40 degrees to 100 degrees. However the tub was delivered at the coldest time of the year, so the outside temps were between 18-35 degrees. I might consider getting an electrician to wire it in to 220V depending on how well it maintains temperatures on 110V. I really prefer the rot-mold texture to acrylic; the acrylic is too smooth and slippery. The rotomold has a slightly rough texture but is comfortable and much safer in my opinion.

Amazing tub....wonderfully powerful jets on high. Love the lounger spot. 100 perfect temperature though it goes to 104. Love the fact I can upgrade easily to 220v. Need better instructions but other then that I'm in love with my new tub and great price. In middle of winter I can be in it with jets on high for about 2 hours before temperature really starts to drop. Get the kit with the cover holder thing, it's so worth it.

Works well as advertized. Some of the outer acsent LED bulbs don't work on all light colors and some of the bulbs were pushed up into thier holes. Hopefully I can remove the panels and push them back into position. I also wish I has a detailed parts manual and a detailed wiring diagram in case a pump or control panel goes out in the future. Great spa and a great price!

Where do you begin, you read the manual. Said to check the drain hose and valve for security. Good luck. Someone thought it was funny to foam the assembly into the insulation. Took 3 hours of dissassembly and diagnosis to find it and then realize that the cap was indeed loose. Wouls have been a very hard leak to find. I would steer clear of these guys. Very, Very dissapointed so far.

Well very pleasantly surprised. I never write reviews but I appreciated the one that took time to write there’s. It’s a great hot tub. Love the no slip material they used jets good and heats fast. Great access in and out with steps and you sit so so comfortably because not sliding around. Amazing drink holders have never seen this before in any hot tub. So easy to set up. Delivery was amazing. Buy it❤️❤️❤️❤️you will not be disappointed. Only downfall is maybe another light but its perfect ❤️❤️❤️

So far so good. Took a little over 24hrs initial heat up from 62 degrees to 104. Jets are decent not super powerful but that’s expected with plug and play. Only problem is instructions aren’t very clear so when looking for the drain and power cord it doesn’t mention you need to take the whole front panel off to get it. Other than that can’t complain.

This spa was built and delivered all within 2 weeks. Set up was easy with the supplied 120v plug, which I will be switching over to 240v. I did have to go into the control box and toggle switches that were not set as they were supposed to be set. The interior is made to be slip resistant, but I think it should of been wet sanded to get rid of pokie parts. There is a place to insert a pre filter, but didn't include one, anything floating gets sucked into filter area. All in all I would recommend this to anyone that wants a reasonably priced spa. I use mine 4 hours a day here in Colorado.

Low quality garbage. Metal parts rust, bubbling plastic and failed heater and power issues within the first year.

Delivery was excellent. Cover was damaged. Called aqua rest and they are sending out a new cover. Excellent service. Very pleased !!

DO NOT BUY.........The heater element on our unit barely lasted a year and we shut the hot tub down for 6 months in the summer, so barely 6 months and Wayfair offered NOTHING TO HELP COVER THE REPAIR COST and the manufacturer did as well.

I’m amazed how cheaply this spa is constructed.

This hot tub is a lower class substitute for a hot tub.

Love the size, spacious! And not bulky! Love...love...love this hot tub!
