It is look sleek and modern, does what it is supposed to. I wish it didn't have the long and loud alarm every time you remove it or put it back or when the water is boiled, it is too much.

I love this Kettle, it makes morning so much easie

I have an early, hectic, morning five days a week and not having to stand around waiting for water to boil really helps. I was surprised that most kettles don't have a programable start time, and that lots of folks don't appreciate the added value. For me, it's a game changer.

Died after one year

After only one year the kettle died. It wouldn’t power on at all. I tried to claim it on warranty but Hamilton Beach would only replace it if I paid $30 in shipping. I only paid $50 for it in the first place. Don’t waste your money on this one.

It's a good kettle while it works, short life.

The kettle is great while it works. It died in 9 months for me. When I reached out for warranty, they agree to replace it but want me to pay $15 shipping. It's not much, but if it's a faulty product they should cover the shipping. Would not recommend it because it will probably fail again in a few months.

The first thing that I saw was that the box is not shipped in a a separate box so that the world can see exactly what it is. The box was damaged. (Thank you, FedEx)

Originally purchased in April 2024. I would’ve given this a 4-star, due to rust starting around the perimeter where the lid closes, which was likely due to not drying it when not in use (since I use it everyday). However, after today it has to be a 1-star since the kettle is stuck on boil mode, even when powered off or set to a lower temp setting (digitally). Only way to turn it off of boil mode was to unplug it. I will be seeing what my options are to return it to Walmart or claim warranty. Not sure if I’ll still use it, even if they send a replacement. If you want to take the risk, then it was one of the better kettles I’ve used. :(.

Good while it lasted

This kettle just broke on me, it lasted about a year and a half. I’m sad that it broke because it had a lot of great features. I like the different temperatures you could set it at and the keep warm option.

Thoughtful design and easy to use

Thoughtful design of keeping the water at a boiling temperature until you use it. I tend to forget about it after boiling the water so this feature is perfect. The mouth tip is also well designed. It’s easy to pour precisely without any leaks.
