We received it in a damaged box, but the toilet did not appear to be damaged. Nevertheless, it is constantly running, and the plumber has had to come back several times.

Good service and fine product

Arrived in good shape - installed easily. Excellent product, but be carefull to attach flappers and lift assembly (note rubber guard on chain should slide to the top of the flapper) are installed as instructed.

Not worth the money

I have had this toilet for 13 months and on my 3rd set of silicon flappers. I have done all the youtube, and chat repairs on the American standard website. Which is ridiculous for a $394 toilet to have this many issue in a year. A true waste of money and water if not noticed.

Not as advertised

Selected 2 of the Heritage vortex for our new build based on self clean. Two years later both toilets leak thru the silicone flapper (2 per toilet) and they dont self clean and they leave a water line mark 2 days after cleaning. Totally disappointed in theis selection.

Crappy Toilets

We have six of these toilets in our house. The three that are used most have constant problems with consistent flushing, and often a problem with running (the other three are hardly used, so not sure if they work properly). Plumbers have tried to fix them twice since installation six months ago, but problems continue. Trying to get them replaced.

Leaks already

I have had this toilet less than a year. It already leaks. Didn't stand up to common cleaning products. Silicone flapper is leaking. I can't afford to replace the flappers on a regular basis. AS needs to develop a flapper that seals and stands up to chlorine. My other toilets original to the house more than 10 year don't leak like this new toilet. Had my wife not broken the tank on the old toilet, I would still have it. This toilet was too expensive to throw out but I won't keep replacing silicone flappers.

THIS IS A GREAT TOILET. SO MUCH SO, I BOUGHT A SECOND ONE. WHE I RE DO THE GUEST BEDROOM NEXT YEAR I WILL ORDER YEY ANOTHER ONE FOR THE BATHROOM IN THE GUREST ROOM, The only issue I had this last time was a several month delay on shipping because of the Chinese Virus. The factory was on backorder which wasn’t the fault of Wayfair. Wayfair is the go to place for me for this product.

Very nice with substantial quality. I had to look hard for the right color. The color is hard to find and perfect for an off white setting.

Fits perfectly into the space and adds a touch of class to an otherwise unremarkable part of the bathroom. Chose the taller version to accommodate wheelchair users. I added the little "saloon doors" for privacy without claustrophobia! Love it.

14” Rough in

I would like to purchase this toilet but I have a 14” rough in anf this is a 12”. Does American Standard make a tank that is 11” deep rather than the 9” on this stock tank? That difference would close the gap between my wall and tank.

The Vormax toilet is awesome! The "circular" flushing water really keeps the bowl clean. And the linen color is perfect for my home. I didn't want bright white, but I didn't want the bland bone color, either.
