Stopped working in less than a month.

Insane amount of money for a product that worked for less than a month. Extremely disappointed and will be going back to American made Port-a-Cool next time!

This is the second unit I have purchased which would say they are great but the motor put in them only lasts about a month and I had to buy a new pump every month and the float was cheap and had to be replaced often because it would break. I also bought a refurbished once and same problems and then the fan goes out and I can't get it off to replace motor. If the parts so inadequate this would be 6 stars because when things would it cools a large area. Very expensive to have to rebuild over and over

Excellent product with as advertised functionality. I suggest double checking the measurements of the cooler as well as where you will put it - its very large when you see it in person. That said, works great!

Evaporative Cooler in Gulf Coast area of Texas

The evaporative cooler doesn't work very well in the Gulf Coast hot and humid environment. I was disappointed in the units ability to lower the temperature and returned the unit. I think you would be better off buying a big fan for less money and get the same results as far as cooling down a hot shop goes.

I bought the 11000 CFM Hess air cooler and a very satisfied. It puts out twice the amount of air that port a cool does. If needed, I will buy another

Swamp Cooler - Not so Cool

I found that this evaporative cooler doesn’t work well in the gulf coast heat and humidity. Might as well just by a fan for much less money. I returned mine back to the store after 6 days. .

The pump didn't work when we set it up. After looking at the controls, a wire was missing to run power to the switch for the pump.

Stoneage Manufacturing we have traded with Ace Hardware for a number of years we do so because they really care about there customers recently we had a motor go out of a Hessaire cooler that we bought 10 years age so i called Caleb and ask him to order me a new Electric motor for our fan so he did, which had been up graded to a newer motor it took a couple of weeks i called Ace No motor so Ace called Hessaire and ask about the motor they told Ace Hardware you tell your customer that we are sending him a brand new cooler for his troubles and that is exactly what they did ,so having wrote such a long review i feel i just had to post because we are so Greatfull to have both Companys to depend on i want to say Thank you so much Ace Hardware in Owasso and Thank you so much to Hessaire for your great service

Picture online and box show wheels. There arent any. Theres holes for them but no wheels included. Poor advertising.

Works great. Like new drain and plastic supports on inside. 1st one lasted 6-7 years with heavy usage.

I bought 3 of these from 3 different stores and all 3 were defective they would only pump water out of one side called Hessaire and emailed them and still no response this product is defective

Quality product

We recently expanded our bakery oven room and the current air handler can't handle the extra load. This unit has really made a difference. We devised a way to bring in cool air from an air conditioned dock so the humidity stays low and the unit runs at max performance. It exceeds our expectations and will get us through summers no problem.

Great Company, Good Product

This was my second purchase of this model swamp cooler. It works fine for my purposes. Make no mistake, a swamp cooler is not an air conditioner. It provides damp air for with high circulation, which lowers extreme dry heat from inside spaces, it does not cool to any great extent like an a/c unit. Sylvane, is professional, well organized, provides tracking information and timely in the execution and delivery of your purchase(s).

Great product from a great company

Love the evap cooler! Works fantastic. I work in a collision shop and it can get well over 110° degrees inside. This really moves the air over a large area. The swing function works great. This has given me the ability to work efficiently even in the heat of a Texas summer.

I would defiantly buy another if needed.

We needed a way to cool our large shop on hot summer days. This Hessaire cooler does the trick keeping the shop cool so production does not suffer in the heat.

Overall it is a good machine, not great , but for the price it is very good. I compared with other models and they were almost double the price. Only two draw backs, it goes thru water quickly, quicker than I expected. Second, the higher you put the fan up, the less it cools. Keep at low and you will get the better lower temperature you desire.

We will not buy this one again.

We are using this product in for our CNC Milling Machine Area. It cools a smaller area than we thought it would. It is a great product for the money, but it needs to have more CFM.
