1st one came broken. Reordered a 2nd waited a month for it. It to came broken. As they were special order you’d think a well known brand would pack it better for shipping. It had virtually no packing materials, just thrown on box.

I bought two Two-piece Highline toilets and so far I'm very satisfied with my purchase. After some research I settled on the Highline because it was compatible to my needs, (like car insurance, needs vary), the modern design, updated features, pricing, simplicity of operation. I've been utilizing them now for over a month and am very pleased and impressed with the results. Yes, very excited about my new toilets. As I always say "There's nothing like a good flushing toilet!". I conclude I made the correct decision trusting Kohler for my toilet needs. So far, So good. Thank you.

Poor customer service

Too bad the toilet tank leaks and kohler would not replace it. They sent a repair part and told me to get my plumber to fix it and then send them his bill and they would pay me back. Sorry, that’s a lot of trouble to go thru when I bought a new 350$ toilet.

Doesn't handle solid waste well

I like the look of this toilet but not the functioning. The interior bowl design along with minimal water in the bottom of the bowl means solid waste doesn't always hit water. A single or even double flush often isn't enough the clear the bowl.

Selected mainly for the insulated tank. We have extremely cold well water and our old toilet tank was always covered by condensation which then dripped all over the floor. Now we have a dry tank and floor .

Great height great flush

Excellent toilet, love the height and the flush mechanism. It was worth paying a bit extra for this toilet. It was the first time I replaced a toilet myself, and it was not very complicated. The unit looks and feels nice.

Highline Toilet

Very happy with the two Highline toilets we purchased. Chair height is an improvement, we are getting older. Soft close seat is also a nice feature. This was the only toilet we could get with an insulated tank, which is important for us as we had dealt with warm weather tank weeping in the past and the insulated tank eliminates this issue.

Does not flush properly and the toilet seat slides.

Excellent! Well built, very comfortable, great height. But don’t forget to order a wax ring and a toilet seat!

Is my own fault, love the high on the toilet, but didn’t realize is , when is longer is harder to keep clean. But flush very nice. Good water flow.
