only received half a toilet only the bottom you pay so much and have to wait to get it and then the order is incomplete now have to pay again for another one and then when they pick up this one and bring back to store I will get credit Do not know how they cannot get it right the first time

Beautiful color for my bathroom.

Love the "detailed edging". I mean how pretty can a toilet be, right? Well the detailing really gives it some character, I love it! And it matches my new Mardi vanity I just bought, was so excited I ACTUALLY jumped up and down, lol.

Excellent toilet with one-touch, 1.28 gpf flush

This is our second Memoirs Stately toilet (our first was the elongated version). We are very happy with both toilets! They are very attractive and functional: we like the squared corners, the smaller "footprint", and the 1.28 gpf feature, which is fine for most flushes. It is very nice not to have to worry about two levers or buttons, since we simply hold the flush lever longer if we need more than the minimal flush. Everything about this toilet is exactly what we wanted, and we can highly recommend it.

Delivery Issues with toilet😡

Toilet picked up from Lowe’s in 2 separate boxes. When installer put in base & started on top piece, he found that it was the wrong top section for this model. Tried to return top section for correct replacement & Lowes mgr said couldn’t do it that way so installer had to remove the INSTALLED base to return both sections for replacement. Lowes delivery error (delivered to & picked up from their store) and poor customer service while trying to correct their error!!!

Terrible customer service.

The tank had to be ordered twice, the first one never showed up. When the second one showed up the lid was cracked in half. We're told it's on b.o. for 3 months, and no, they couldn't possibly get a replacement tank lid from another new toilet. Terrible service.

We've had two toilets arrive with damage. The first one had a damaged tank. The second had damage to the base/bowl.

Check the package as soon as you receive it

I love the product but the first toilet delivered was cracked. It was picked up and we waited for aother week or more for the second toilet delivery. It was a two piece delivery but the bottom of the toilet was the correct Kohler we ordered, but tank was American Standard. The two do not go together.

Pretty toilet but it would have been nice to get a seat with it considering the price!

Lowes broke the bowl during delivery

Lowe's broke the bowl during delivery. Replacement bowl order expected in 7 days, but the following day the delivery was delayed over 4 weeks. Had to switch to a different toilet to meet installer schedule. Lost out on my 20% new Lowe's card discount.

This toilet is absolutely beautiful. Matches all the grey fixtures in our bathroom and gives it a regal air.
