Not a fan of it it took like 45 minutes to an hour
It took forever
Perfect for my needs. I had a hot chocolate bar set up for a school holiday party. Worked great!
The bottom of the dispenser has no lip and is smooth making it difficult to hold cup in position and not slipping
Nice looking, but the poor is very slow.
It is good. Holds a lot. But it does not have an on/off button. Also the water does not stay VERY hot in the urn. I have it on through a 25 hour period (shabbat). Also, if the eater runs out, I am not sure that it will automatically turn off. The second spigot is really not crucial. I will keep it but not sure it is high quality. Light weight. Easy to clean and store.
