It is excellent. And the right price

It is everything I was looking for in a new sewing machine.

I wore out a machine just like this one piecing quilts for homeless and disabled veterans. Over 600 to date. I love this machine for piecing, which is why I bought the same one again!

I had to return it to get the needle threader fixed.

This is my fourth Janome machine. The first two were manual and the others are computerized. Whenever I get a new one I give the old one to one of my granddaughters. We are now a Janine family.

Very lightweight compared to my Janome Memory Craft 8000, making it so easy to move around.

I purchased this machine as an Open Box item, not knowing exactly what that meant, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. The seller was easy to work with and the machine came fast and well boxed. I have been sewing for 75 years using either a Singer or a Janome and this machine fulfills every need. The instruction book is ideal for visual people and covers every detail. I was very impressed how smoothly it sews through multiple layers of fabric and not slow down. I am loving the fact it will cut the thread when you finish sewing; saves a lot of arm movement. I have not used all of the designs but am very confident it will do everything I have in mind. Very happy with my purchase.

Quality Sewing Machine at a great Price!

Easy to use, directions and instructional dvd helpful. The machine is not heavy, and comes with so many accessories, and built in options. The self threader makes set up easier on the eyes. I did a lot of research before I purchased and I am happy with my choice. I love this machine!

Absolutely Delighted

While I am used to bigger machines mine was due for service which left me without a machine for four weeks. As a quilter four weeks was too long. I started looking for reliable machines that had a scissor, needle down, drop in bobbin, small enough to take to class, had lots of different accessories and a table. I started asking some of my friends what they used alot of them had Janome but not with the scissor and needle down. I went to the website and saw what machines were available with those additional features. Well I found this particular model which came with a hard case AND an extension table. Well I've had this machine since May and I absolutely love it! It purrs like a kitten, does wonderful stitching and has a scissor and needle down. I was really stuck on bigger machines but this Janome changed my mind!
