My husband bought this machine at the end of august. I didn’t open it till one month later. Used it for approximately a week and a half. When threaded and trying to bring the thread up from the bottom constantly hooks to the side of the bobbin case. I sew up to 9 hours per day and need a reliable machine.

Bought this over a year ago and have had trouble with it from day one. The hook timing is off constantly. Have already paid over $100 in repairs. I was expecting more quality from Singer. I’m done with this brand of machine. Buyer be warned!!!!

I've always used old mechanical machines and decided I needed to upgrade. I debated getting a computerized model, but I wanted a workhorse that could sew through thick fabric and decided on this machine because of its reviews and price. So glad I did. It's super simple to use, sews like a dream and has everything I need without being overcomplicated. It is louder than some but that doesn't bother me ... I love the power!

Joann’s lost my order

Charged me for my machine I never received. Horrible customer service. All they can do is say fake “ I’m so sorry” “ unfortunately…”. Asked manager or supervisor to respond to me. Nothing received. Joann’s don’t care about customers. I do not recommend using Joann’s. Held my money for over 30 days and no compensation.

[Rewarded Review] Purchased to carry in our camper

We bought this sewing machine to carry with us in our motorhome. It fits nicely in an underseat area and has all the features we wanted. We Square Dance and sometimes need to sew some clothing, and also make draperies and curtainsfor our new camper and for others. This machine fits our needs.

[Rewarded Review] Heavy Duty Machine Does the Trick

I just started using my new machine, and it's worked well so far. I'm sewing on marine vinyl to make cushion covers for our boat. I put it through the first big test yesterday, and it did great. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles as my other (Brother) machine, but I didn't need bells and whistles, I needed something tough enough to go through layers of vinyl, and it performed well. I thought that I'd need the extended table because I'm sewing large cushion covers, but it actually got in the way, so I wouldn't have needed to buy that. Two cushion covers down, one to go!
